Its around 9:30am. Drove out to this location just to be met with a rude cashier, Nancy. There was no line and they didn't seem to have anyone inside but pulling up to the window after ordering dozen glaze donuts (nothing complicated or crazy) Nancy seemed so pissed to be there. My husband asked if it was too late to use a bogo coupon and she was even more annoyed and gave a dirty look and my husband was like its ok if its too much of a problem dont worry. She just walked away without saying anything and the window closed. My husband asked if we should just drive away because it honestly looked like she was not coming back. I made him wait just so I can get the receipt with her name on it to write this review. I will not be coming back and wouldn't recommend. Go to Bosa or Dunkin for way better service.

I made an order and they just sent me some cups filled with DOUGHNUTS DOTS. Order# 36434808165711873, placed at 3:50 pm 07/04/25. They never answered the phone. I texted the delivery guy and he said they gave him this sealed bag (but the bag was not sealed) and I know it’s not his fault anyway. I want a refund. I’m not giving away my money for something I didn’t want.

Stayed at the hotel across the street from here. Last night one girl amazingly pleasant very helpful. This morning six people in there not one of them helpful all looking at me like I'm some kind of idiot trying to buy a donut. I stood outside with my dogs, trying to get them to bring me my online order. They just sat and stared at me stupidly until somebody else walked in and said hey can that guy have his donuts.
