I had a very disappointing experience today. I was the first customer in the door and ordered two boxes of glazed donuts and three specialty donuts. My order was taken and I paid, and the employee said he would grab the two dozen donuts for me. While I waited, I noticed two employees behind the counter watching Facebook reels and laughing instead of helping customers. The employee who originally helped me then began assisting other people in line while I was still waiting for the donuts I had already paid for. Meanwhile, the line continued to grow with customers waiting to be helped. After almost 15 minutes of waiting, another employee asked if they could help the next person in line. At that point, I had to remind them that I had already ordered and paid and was still waiting for my donuts. The service was extremely poor. There was no greeting when customers came in, no smiles, and when people said “thank you,” the staff didn’t even respond with “you’re welcome.” The overall attitude of the staff came across as rude and inattentive. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service and basic courtesy should be a priority.

Vibes are down at this location- got here SPECIFICALLY before they close at 10 for a good ole glazed donut. I am 20 minutes early (9:40) on purpose. Got up to the order window and they have already cleaned everything up. They’d thrown everything out and had fully cleaned up 30+ minutes before closing. Massive bummer and terrible customer service. Do better Krispy Kreme!

This place is the best Krispy Kreme's I have ever been to! I don't know if they draft their employees from chickfila or put them through intensive training or just pick the best of the best but they have amazing service!! I want to shout out Denise, she helped me tonight pick out donuts, she made recommendations of what to try, helped me sign up for Krispy Kreme rewards! Then the best part was when there were no more chocolate milks left in the front fridge she went all the way to check in the back and found some for me! You don't come by this kind of service often. 10/10 has the best of my donut business for life never going to another one.

Just went in to Krispy Kreme superstition springs, haven’t been in a while. Nancy gave us exceptional service and really made us want to go back.
We stopped in so the boys could get there donuts for their A's on their report cards. The man who waited on us was amazing, he went above and beyond, Sorry I didnt see his name, but I want him to know I really appreciated his friendly, polite, and courteous service. He was very nice to us and very patient with my Autistic Grandson. Thank you so very much for your kindness.

We have been to this Krispy Kreme location several times since moving to Arizona, and our past visits have always been pleasant. Unfortunately, today’s visit was very different.
When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a swarm of bees at the entrance. Once inside, we were helped by a gentleman behind the counter. We ordered two dozen donuts (one dozen glazed and one dozen assorted), specifically requesting three Bavarian cream donuts, along with three milks for our kids and two coffees.
When I went to enjoy one of the Bavarian cream donuts, I noticed it wasn’t correct. We went back to the counter, and the same employee insisted they were Bavarian cream, which they were not. He then asked if he could help another customer before us, which we agreed to.
While waiting, we noticed several bees flying around inside the restaurant. During that time, I ended up killing five or six bees near our table while we were trying to enjoy our donuts. To make matters worse, there was also a bird inside the restaurant walking around on the floor, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and safety standpoint.
After a bit, we returned to the counter to politely ask about our drinks, only to find that the coffees and milks had been sitting on the counter the entire time without us being told they were ready.
We returned to our table with the drinks, only to encounter even more bees. At that point, it became uncomfortable and unsafe, and we felt the need to leave before someone got stung.
Before leaving, we once again asked for the correct donuts we had originally ordered. The employee seemed too busy to help, and it wasn’t until a coworker stepped in and told him to assist us that we finally received the correct donuts.
This location really needs to address the serious bee problem and the presence of animals inside the store. Additionally, the gentleman behind the counter could benefit from slowing down, taking a breath, and providing better customer service. This visit was disappointing compared to our previous experiences here.

I love Kristy Kreme!!! How does a donut shop even compare to KK? The donuts are a little pricier but well worth it!!! Nothing like being in line to buy donuts and one of the employees hands you a fresh donut to eat while you’re in line. It does not get any better!!!
