sorry, I really hate yelp, I really really hate yelp reviews. I never thought an experience could be bad enough for me to want to like actually make a big deal out of it but ... surprise surprise... I am a vegetarian, my spouse eats seafood sometimes but never any red meat. We have visited casa de jauana on many occasions. I have enjoyed their food plenty of times before as there are many NON meat options and its fairly priced. They get busy from time to time but they have always had great service. I wont call out our server, I was a server(why I hate to write this in the first place) and I understand not everything is under their control but the last few times I have left with a STOMACH ACHE.. I love spicy food and have the occasional beer so I often attributed it to mild acid reflux.. the truth is they have been serving us MEAT knowingly. I dont know what the management is doing but it certainly isnt PAYING ATTENTION. The growing popularity of non meat diets and the many religions of the world who practice strict dietary guidelines pertaining to meat means you should have ENTIRELY SEPARATE tools and space for these things. The server may have made an error ,it happens, but we pointed out to them that the SOYrizo my girlfriend ordered was ACTUALLY pig flesh and NOTHING was done, in fact they lied and said it was soy.. if they were honest about it, admitting the mistake, I would have happily paid and left but they lied and now my spouse and I are both ILL.. Casa de Juana DOES NOT CARE or RESPECT vegetarianism or any of the individuals who practice a certain belief that restricts diet. Avoid this place if any of this pertains to you but hey if theyre happy, were happy. Wont be back again. *posted with my head in the toilet*

Had a great lunch with my soul mate (wifey). The food was excellent and the server was super friendly and made our dining experience one to remember. Definitely authentic Mexican food which is very hard to find even in the valley. This is now one of our favorite restaurants for sure.

Had a coupon for this place, but didn't use because they have a great lunch special (every day). Everything is homemade and tasted good. The lettuce for garnish was pretty wiltly but didn't mind. Small portions/Tacos, but it was only 6.95 and comes with rice, beans and a drink. Salsa is very tasty too. The decor is beautiful, very colorful! We will be back.

The food is really good. I had the rib eye fajitas, they were delicious but for the price I should have received way more meat. I got five thin strips of steak for $17. I do not recommend ordering this. I do recommend getting the fried ice cream.

It's perfect B+ Mexican food that you're usually going for. It's low cost and calm/quiet. Great little place that we come to close to our house. Better than Macayo's and Manuel's and 25% cheaper. Workers are busy and multitasking so don't expect insane service but it's enough for some good Mexican food, flag someone down if you need something. Great new growing restaurant- go support it! Their daily specials are great deals if you're deal hunting.

Love this family owned authentic restaurant. Manager always remembers your name. Fabulous margaritas, table side guacamole is amazing with fresh mangos! Everything is terrific!

Love their salsa! It's so fresh and they'll keep it coming from the second you sit down. I also love that they have a whole vegetarian menu. I've tried a few of the veggie burritos, and they're all solid choices. Not my absolute favorite, but pretty tasty. The service here is great as well!

We had some of the worse service we've ever had. We were sat on the patio and every time we needed something we had to go and find our server. Once we got our food no one ever came back to check on us and my husband's order was wrong. When the waitress finally came back all she said was "why didn't you tell me ". Couldn't tell her as she never checked on us after she brought the food unless we went looking for her. Just to let everyone know the restaurant wasn't even busy. This is one place we will never go back to. If you want good food and great service Juana wanna go somewhere else. To top it all off the manager was our server.

Great Mexican food! Came on around noon on a Sunday and got a table right away. My buddy had spinach enchiladas and I had eggs with cactus...so good! The Tater tots were unusual but a wonderful meal with great service!
