I order 150 dollars worth of food to celebrate my daughter getting into EVIT a school program for kids. I paid online, once I got to the restaurant I was made to pay for the meal again so now 300 out of pocket. I was assured that it would only be out of my account for a few minutes. Its been a whole hour and nothing. When I called to speak to a manager the girl said to call my bank. On a sunday night. I then asked if I would come in could I speak to a manager. She laughed and said she wouldn't be able to do anything. I called another location and they were kind enough to tell me it usually takes 2 or 3 days to go back. So this host lied about it going right back into my account. You shouldn't play with people's money some work hard to earn every penny they get to spend it on their family at places lole yours. Just to get lied to. Do they do this to people who sit down and eat or people who come in and order to go? I shouldn't have to pay double just because its over 50 dollars So if I had order 500 dollars worth of food I would actually have to pay 1000. Give people the option to chose not hold their already paid food for randsom.

this place is so addicting we love wearing bibs and getting dirty <3 we always do the build your own and looooove that house sauce!!!
I ordered fried clams and I got tiny little bits that were so overcooked. It was like trying to eat gravel.

The food was unacceptable. I had salmon, white rice and vegetables. I was not going to complain as I was with friends. Meat was dried out, rice was tasteless, vegetables were tasteless. Never have I had a meal that I normally would throw in the trash.

I ordered an xtra large sauce but received a super small sauce . It’s nothing X-Large about it . Total rip off. 15 min later its worst than I initially thought . The contain was half way filled with sediment filler onions and bs so I only receives about half of that container and the sauce was watered down not a sauce consistency more like juice . I will never order here again . Just terrible

Overall our experience for my son’s birthday was mediocre at best. The food wasn’t great. The seasoning wasn’t cooked in the food. They depend strictly on the sauce you choose. There’s only one sauce that’s worth getting and that’s their house blend. The other options are a watered down mix with butter and seasoning.
Also, the à la carte menu is overpriced for everything that you have to add on .
There are much better, seafood and crab broil places here in Arizona .
I personally wouldn’t recommend eating here.
