The cake here is so good, I’ve been coming here for over 16yrs and the customer service has always been dreadful the owner is always in a bad mood and they aren’t friendly at all! The small sheet of cake has been going up so much in price now it’s $39 no tax included, they’ve also declined so much in the freshness of the fruit or perhaps the cake sat for a long time the strawberries were rotten and tasted so bitter that it ruined the whole cake.

The service person was rude. There no labels on how much the bread is. When you ask they aren't kind with answers. The bread is ok. Bad impressions.. tried the place twice. Thought it was due to being busy the first time. But then second visit confirmed. I'd rather go to the pandaria across the eagle Park center.

If I could give a zero I definitely would I NEVER leave reviews regardless the service but this places is literally the most disappointing: disrespectful place I’ve been too the attitude is unnecessary would never go again mind you I drove 1 hour and to get sent away and told me I had to come back almost 3 hours later cuz it wasn’t ready

Came to this place to buy a cake for my son's 12th birthday The gentleman that helped us WE BOTH COULD TELL THAT HIS ATTITUDE TOWARD US WAS NOT FRIENDLY. I personally think that it was because I'm a black guy and he has a problem with black people, but my son's mother is Mexican and they conversed about the cake in Spanish totally ignoring the fact that I was there and had input, he only took input from her in Spanish, she likes the place because they make the Mexican cakes the way she likes. But I'm paying my money. The reason I making this statement while we were looking at the books a white lady came in with her kids and he was just as friendly and helpful but when he got back to us he changed his attitude and was less pleasant and courteous, personally I'll advise black people and all of her spanish-speaking friends, and family not to do business, because of his attitude toward people who are black.

Stopped by as my car was getting some work done next door at Stinky's. I got an amazing, delicious tres leches cake and a strawberry pastry. Refreshing and delicious at a great price.
