August 20, 2024 totally tore up, almost gutted. Signs indicate that it may end up with a different owner, which would be a good thing when you read the recent comments.
Loved this place very Saddened it closed. Hopefully another place opens it up again.

I love this place and the food is amazing!!!! The buffalo cauliflower and egg rolls are super delicious!!!! I also love their specialty adults drinks and the grilled chicken sandwich. I’ve also had the grilled chicken Cesar salad and the shiprock burger. They are also very good!! I recommend buffalo cauliflower and egg rolls hands down!!!

Service was terrible. After a long day on the lake my family was looking forward to enjoying some food here and was greeted with terrible service. It’s sad because the waitress was giving great service to the table next to us but for some reason made it obvious she wasn’t happy about serving us. Went to grab a drink order from the back and the man running it was even worse. Please get some employees that know how to treat people and not just old angry people trying to avoid retirement.

Been going there for years. Especially the Friday unlimited fish fry. Great views of the lake.

The girlfriend and I stopped here on a recommendation while on a mini vacation. We sat outside with a beautiful view. She got the fried shrimp and I got the signature shipwreck burger. The burger was thinner but cooked perfectly the side of fries had been very small but it was ok as im trying to eat healthier hahaIt was basic bar food but the view sets this place apart. As a note bring cash as they charge either 3 or 4% card to use debit or credit.

A forgettable experience in a restaurant with very little to recommend itself. The waitstaff I think quit their previous job of slopping hogs to take up a position here. Don't look for graciousness or couth. The food is so-so and the presentation pathetic. The restaurant has a great view of the lake and that is quite possibly its only redeeming feature. The prices are in no small way commensurate to the meal. I recommend you pack a nice edible lunch and save your hard earned money.

$30 for a sandwich and two orders of onion rings. $6 for one beer. I won't eat here ever again.

My wife and I came here for breakfast on a ride up from Gilbert. It’s a short, but nice ride and the view was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the lake view and beautiful weather. The food was better than expected, she had the chicken fried steak and I had biscuits and gravy. All was tasty and fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back again soon.
Parking: There is a dedicated handicap parking area.

Ok back to edit my review, lets just say we come here a lot and this time had the cobb salad and taco salad, DO NOT ORDER! Cobb salad usually has romaine lettuce both our salads had driveway weeds! Very lttle meat or anything on the cobb and my taco salad, I GOT SICK! SO I HAVE REVISED MY OPINION OF THE FOOD, the rest stays the same! Windows looking out at Saguaro Lake, outdoor seating. Really a relaxing atmosphere. Food, Cobb salad was amazing and the burger and fries were the same!

6 greasy shrimp and 5 greasy onion rings ($4 for 5) - $23 before their "technology fee", taxes and tip!
The food was good and the staff was friendly. However, they added a gratuity for me to my bill when it was time to pay. I was going to give a gratuity/tip either way, but it was almost as if they didn’t let me have my own choice. And, when I got my card back, they requested an additional tip? Really? I would have tipped way bigger than the 20% minimum if I had been giving the option to do it on my own, but not after something like that. I think this is a good restaurant, but they need to show the customers a little more respect and let them decide how they’ll tip.
Food is just mediocre. My husband's BLT was the smallest I've ever seen. Atmosphere is beautiful because the restaurant is right on Sugauro Lake.
