Tried to come in, was greated with a braicade so I waited while I assumed they were just setting up. 10 minutes later with no greating, just side eyes while I stand and patiently wait. But now the vibes are off, just because you’re invited doesn’t mean your welcomed. Wouldn’t be hard to just ‘great and explain the situation’ but the no communication period really threw me off. What’s the answer don’t come during daylight hours? Only nighttime??

I had to say it was a great experience going to such an atmosphere. I enjoyed being around an environment that I’ve never been around before. I really appreciate Alex Z. One of the managers/bartenders that was on the second floor that made the environment nice and comfortable. A situation had broke out due to an individual who couldn’t handle their drinking and Alex just made things into a better place. Making me feel respected and sure as heck would want to come back and spread the word about the company. If I had to go back to any environment I’d say I’d come back here. Keep it up level 1 because you sure have people that work for you who care about the wellbeing, happiness and comfort of others. Thank you Alex!!

Okay, so normally, stepping into this place feels like coming home, right? But last Sunday? Total disaster. The bartender was throwing these dismissive looks. Honestly, she just nuked the entire vibe. It was so off-putting and uncomfortable; it's like she was trying to make us feel unwelcome.

We went there Sunday seemed like a cool vibe. Went upstairs no bartender, went downstairs to place food and drink orders and we were informed that something in the kitchen was broken so the kitchen was closed and had been since they opened that morning. We left we will try another time.

How fun is this place?! I love Mesa more and more each time I visit. This week my niece was in town and I was looking for somewhere fun I could take her. One of the great things about Level 1 is that kids are allowed on as long as they are supervised by an adult and it’s before 7pm. It is a bar so the night scene is very different. There are a few arcades close to me, but there are so many more game options here and with the second level there is much to choose from. Service was great, they have an atm so you don’t have to go elsewhere if you don’t have cash, most games are between a quarter or a dollar. Of coming to drink there is a full bar on both levels. We had a great time. My favorite by far is the Metallica pinball or of course your old school Nintendo options like Burger Time, Excite Bike and more.

This place was awesome Max made us feel at home and was very proud of the venue he runs… I have never been more impressed in a sports bar / arcade place. It was spotless, drinks were cold and fresh and hospitality was upbeat!

WASH YOUR DAMN DISHES! So grossed out at the bartending at this place. There were maybe 5 other people in this place on a Monday night, not busy at all, so I'm not sure why doing dishes was so cumbersome. My husband and I both ordered something on tap, he ordered a beer and I ordered a cider, and they were both served in clean glasses. On our second round, the bartender used the glass rinser on our glasses from our first round and then refilled them from the tap. Absolutely, disgusted. So, the mouth of everyone's dirty glass is all going on the same location with not a drop of sanitizer or disinfectant? Y'all know that's NOT what a glass rinser is for, right? How about you don't be lazy and wash a rack of glassware and not make people sick?
They have street fighter 3 so I'm happy. Would like some more variety of games upstairs, but overall a fun time.

Worker named Ashley with blonde hair and big blue eyes😊 went out her way to grab me a physical application most jobs LOWKEY gate keep or don’t got physical application or the worker too lazy to grab it. One time the store was literally empty in McDonalds and a moody teen said i can’t grab the application right now like what😭
