The new owner is extremely rude, doesn't have any pricing up for anything at all and for the shaved ice it just tastes like water. So I think she just puts water in the flavoring. We also got bagged ice and it tastes freezer burnt, we asked the lady for pricing for everything as well and she was just so rude about it, tried to put the blame on us for her having her to go 10 feet to grab the pricing chart when she should already know what she charges for her product. I was never given my $0.97 but what ever it's better to not ask for it due to how horrible the owner is. If you like to be talked down to from a selfish person that extremely cheap and rude this is your place.

This place sucks!! Owner is very rude.. She doesn't have prices on anything, the flavors of shaved ice are just colored sugar water, and we had to ask to get back the change. Avoid if you can.

L❤️VE this place! Had to go through SEVERAL Water N Ice locations before we found one that 1. They actually change their filters 2. Water tastes GREAT!(Yes, water has a taste!) 3. Water doesn't taste like dirt, greasy and coats your throat or has a metallic aftertaste 4. Friendly and acts like they want to be there! We are currently trying our 3rd OTHER Water N Ice because they are closed for remodeling. All Water N Ice's are ABSOLUTELY NOT the same! Prayerfully, they will re-open soon!!❤️

They charge the customers their own merchant fees when paying with a card. When I asked about it, the owner lady gave me an attitude saying well it's either that or she would raise prices. It's water!! Lol Anyway, she's rude and a horrible business person. I'll be finishing out my pre-paid cards, then never giving her my money again.
