They have bad customer service the manager that was working 2/3/2026@4:30-5pm so rude to help and never apologize. Never was giving my receipt and they refused to gave me a new one I will never go back there again

Ordered waited 30 mins for nothing. It sat there for for 20mins. Then she tried to give it to someone else took it outside than back inside set it on the table for 15mins and then said o here.... so I canceled my order because it was horrible service....

Went in to see if they had any hot and ready pizzas available, they had 1, asked to make a 2nd the girl at the counter acted like it was a bother to her. Finished my order, handed her a gift card and she just points to the card machine. Try to swipe it and it doesnât work, ask for help and she just looks at me. She then said I had to answer the question, wanted a tip, answered said question and then swiped the gift card still kept saying error. Ask her again for help, she just walks away without saying anything. She grabbed a guy whose attitude wasnât any better. He told me to swipe it so I swiped it several times and it just kept saying fail. He finally takes the gift card and swiped it multiple times, when it fully worked. I get it, technology doesnât always play nice, it was the lack of effort on the employees part, along with the attitudes. I get it, you work at a pizza place, but would it kill the employees to smile or even engage?

Came here last Friday and their system was down. I was next in line and the guy working gave away the last pizza for free to the person in front of me because they needed to charge their phone to pay for it. They wouldnt have anymore pizza until their system was back up.
Went tonight and ordered in advance waited inside for 30 minutes before they told me that it would be another 30 minutes to get just 1 pepperoni pizza. Got a refund, have to wait days for that to come. No one at this location seems to know what is going on, they are all running around like chickens with their heads cut off while not really accomplishing anything. The guy, im assuming manager, who refunded me was not very polite either.
Don't go here, waste of time.

I placed my order over the phone which was the biggest mistake ever. It is overseas customer service and when I go to pick up my food I bring it out to the car and I looked at my Puffs that they are doing and it looked like somebody already ate them. They were so mangled and when I brought them back in and showed them to the cashier she was like okay and then she was like. Do you want me to remake them or something?
They never have hot ready it should be called hot and wait apatche junction location keeps up busy this location no seen 7 employees waiting 30 minutes owner of this location should know it's horrible

Every time I come in I feel welcomed and am offered speedy and polite service. I usually come in for the Hot n Ready, and the young man in the glasses will be sure to show me the pizza before serving it since he says they can get old after a few minutes. The pizzaâs always steaming, fresh and served with pride! Though the Hot n Ready system is a bit flawed, the employees counter this small gripe with friendly service!
