Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust, and got a stuffed pizza that looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for an hour, with nothing done. It was thin and crunchy, and just fully unappetizing. I came to the store to get it remade and was told, “We don’t have the salt at the moment” so I just got my refund and walked out. Had a similar problem the last time I got pizza from this location.

I was trying to change the time for my carry out order, so I called them right after I placed the order. I couldn’t get through to them and have been on hold for a combined time of over 1hr (I hung up and called back multiple times to see if someone would answer). I got through once and the lady told me to please wait while I check something and I was in hold for over 10 mins. I was very unhappy with the customer service over the phone.

It REALLY depends on what time you are coming in to make a order, I have had plenty of times where I would ask for EXTRA cheese on my pizza only to get the normal amount...I know it's just a pizza place but if you can't follow simple directions....should you really be working at a pizza place?

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and received a regular pizza. My receipt clearly shows pretzel crust. The picture clearly shows regular pizza. I sat on the phone way too long, waiting to talk to someone.
I was told I would be contacted and I'm still waiting. Horrible customer service.
Update: called number and was never able to get a hold of anyone. This place is a joke. I will refuse to eat little crapos ever again. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't also.

Absolutely ridiculous. All starts when I placed an online order last night for ten pm. I showed up at around 10:10 I noticed no orders were ready and waited only to find out all the staff had decided to go home early not even turning off the lights. Now it’s the next day and I’m trying to call the store and no one is picking up for me to be able to cancel my food I wanted last night.

Pizza crust was not completely baked. Instead of spending extra time returning the pizza. I completed baking the pizza at home. Cheese was too light on my pizza. Sauce tasted delicious.
