They never have hot ready it should be called hot and wait apatche junction location keeps up busy this location no seen 7 employees waiting 30 minutes owner of this location should know it's horrible

Every time I come in I feel welcomed and am offered speedy and polite service. I usually come in for the Hot n Ready, and the young man in the glasses will be sure to show me the pizza before serving it since he says they can get old after a few minutes. The pizza’s always steaming, fresh and served with pride! Though the Hot n Ready system is a bit flawed, the employees counter this small gripe with friendly service!

Waited 1 hour for 1 hot and ready pizza, wings and crazy bread. I've seen 3 people return wrong orders and 2 others waiting over an hour. They need help or better management! This place sucks. Never coming back...edit got home finally and pizzas Cold and old!! I waited an hour for a cold stale Pizza that somebody probably returned because it was the wrong order. This place is trash.

This location sucks every single time we go there it just gets worse and worse every single time it is so surprising to me how every time it’s worse than the last time we went this last time we ordered online hoping to get our food and just go but still had to wait 10 minutes even tho pick up time was 30 minutes before I even arrived crazy slow to me like holy crap so if you are trying to grab and go you can’t ever so stay away from this location guys you will be waiting and waiting go elsewhere seriously I won’t be going here ever again this time I truly do mean it I have given them multiple chances ‼️

I ordered pizza online around 11 for pick up. I went to the wrong location which was this location, I went inside and the gentleman working asked me if I placed an order online because he didn’t get any orders? I tell him yes and show him my email receipt he looks and tells me I went to the wrong location. I tell him well damn thank you and start to leave he tells me if I want to wait like 5 mins or so he can have my order ready for me so I don’t have to drive further. I tell him yes that would be so awesome!!! He honestly could have told me to go to the other store but instead he made my order for me! I didn’t catch him name unfortunately but he was super nice and showed us such great customer service!!!

From the first step inside I was pleased with the overall atmosphere . I was greeted promptly and with politeness. Our food was made with care and pride. Wish I had gotten the young man's name as he deserves to be recognized. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered twice the stuffed pretzel with cheese sauce and pepperoni on different days and guess what?? No cheese sauce and no salt because they don’t have it. Why doesn’t the app or an employee tell you that they don’t have it so I don’t have to waste my time driving to that restaurant?????. I’m not ordering from that restaurant anymore.

Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust, and got a stuffed pizza that looked like it had been sitting in the warmer for an hour, with nothing done. It was thin and crunchy, and just fully unappetizing. I came to the store to get it remade and was told, “We don’t have the salt at the moment” so I just got my refund and walked out. Had a similar problem the last time I got pizza from this location.

I was trying to change the time for my carry out order, so I called them right after I placed the order. I couldn’t get through to them and have been on hold for a combined time of over 1hr (I hung up and called back multiple times to see if someone would answer). I got through once and the lady told me to please wait while I check something and I was in hold for over 10 mins. I was very unhappy with the customer service over the phone.
