The lady I believe she is a manager was super rude to so many of the customers and yelling at her crew in front of the customers I can't believe she even has a job idk where they are allowed to treat customers like this but she needs to get a job away from people wow

Paid for a pizza. Before the guy gave it to me the manager made him switch it for another one. I thought it would’ve been more fresh so I said. Nothing. The pizza was burned.

Was in store and of the employees had to give another pizza to customer they had the pizza on the floor and was about to give it to them. We just got home and there is a bolt in our pizza. My kids could have choked on it. This is disgusting. I believe corporate needs to look into this store.

Place always seems busy and yet my pizza looks like it’s been sitting for a couple hours even after ordering it online. The pizzas from this location in particular have a weird grainy burnt texture to the cheese that makes it look like someone put tiny pieces of gravel all throughout the cheese. I literally ordered to this location by mistake and that’s a mistake I will not repeat due to the repeat disappointing experiences I’ve had here.

I usually don't eat pizza but my son is a regular customer of this business but what makes me angry is that when we have weak staff I say weak because because they don't prepare orders I don't know what they do to the phone they don't answer and they don't even have customers and they are just talking and talk in the back oh and when I go and ask them why they don't answer to make orders they tell me the phone doesn't work which is a total lie they don't answer it for example today I have to wait here this is what we always order for my children and have to wait when bingo a little far from where we live it seems to me that the manager oh owner should check some of the employees are very lazy today and other days I get angry because of this same situation

Best Little Caesars in the valley:Here's why I say that;I've Walked throughout the entire store in the back. I have been in many corporate stores. It's just cleaner. (You don't want to walk into most corporate stores)?you will never order this pizza again. That being said The guy who runs this one has been doing this something like almost 30 years. Bill has happy folks working for him and runs a pretty tight ship... no I don't work for them and no I'm not affiliated in any way. Nothing personal to gain by writing a good review. This franchise just happens to be run cleaner better and the employees are generally happier than most corporate stores I have been to... Not only that they have a drive-through!... (So far they have never messed up my order. And have always had it ready on time) !... That's why I took the time to write the review. These guys are just generally happier and cleaner than most Little Caesars. ?...and I used to deliver to most of the restaurants in the valley.

I literally ordered off of THEIR website. I was prompted less than 15 minutes till delivery (for anyone wondering they do not deliver their own food, they have door dash do it.) next thing I know, I’m being prompted 20 minutes, then 26 minutes, then 39 minutes… turns out someone stole my food… what did they do about it? No a thing… don’t waist your time… DON’T ORDER FROM LITTLE CEASERS.
