Overall great and really cheaply priced so affordable so nice these days.
I ordered a thin crust sausage pizza, as I do most times from here because it's good and I like that it's cut into squares. When I got the pizza home, I noticed that there was a very thin, rectangular shaped piece cut out of the pizza. 😧 When I called, they denied doing it and I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED! Sending this info and pics to corporate and online everywhere I can. 👎🏾
I had a great experience at Little Caesars thanks to Ruben, the store manager. He was incredibly helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Shoutout to Ruben for making my visit a positive one I’ll definitely be coming back!
Stale breadsticks that probably needed to be thrown away. Pizza dough still white not cooked properly
I don't like this place, they didn't give me what I asked for.
If you're willing to wait just a little, they'll prepare it fresh, hot, and yummy. Btw; it usually is..

I came in here totally ready to pay for my pizza. I had a $10 ready for a tab that was $8.50.
Miles who was working the register politely told me I had already paid and must have forgotten.
He could have easily just pocketed the $10 and I wouldn't have been any the wiser.
Massive integrity check, it made my day.
10/10 Miles!

I ordered a combo of a pizza, crazy breads and a soda, they never delivered the soda, called to complain and they decided to refund the money but it would take from 10-12 days and no soda very unsatisfied with customer service. If u order a combo don’t expect your soda to come with it.

If you ever want to experience the "true" meaning of "paying for your mistakes," head on down to the Little Caesars on (the appropriately named) Brown Road. I stopped by for what I thought would be a quick pizza fix, but it turned into an all-night gastrointestinal battle. The moment I took my first bite, my stomach knew something was very, very wrong. Fast forward a few hours, and I was locked in an intense battle with my toilet—on and off - for what felt like an eternity.
Honestly, I’ve spent so much time on the porcelain throne that I might as well have been crowned its King. Vomiting and diarrhea seemed to come as part of my royal duties, courtesy of Little Caesars' finest. To top it off, I may have completely ruined my favorite pair of pants, but I guess that's the price you pay for being crowned King or should I say Ceasar?
As I sit here, nursing my wounds (and my dignity), I can't help but reflect on how this pizza has redefined my idea of "fast food." I’m giving this place a 1-star rating—one for each day I spent on the toilet. You’ve truly earned it, Brown Road Little Caesars. Never again.
