The past two times I have ordered online to pick up in the portal. When I get there, pizza is ready to go, which is great. However when I got home the past two times I’ve ordered, And open the box and took a slice, we realizethe pizzas are very undercooked and soggy. The crust is barely browned as well as the underside of the pizza. Maybe human error, maybe the oven temp is off, I don’t know. Highly disappointing. May have to find a different restaurant.

No one ever answers the phone this is the second tome we order breadsticks and they are super skinny and hard over cooked not to mention the marinara sauce is half way full we as customers pay extra for the sauce and there’s barely any in there you as a company need to train your employees better to give a 100% customer satisfaction work zone

Very dissatisfied. Ordered the new puffs online and we watched the girl behind the counter take some out of the hot and ready put our freshly made and ordered ones in there and take older ones to give to us. Sad day. Will not return to this location as they are horrible. The ones we got were.not really old but definitely not just made.
