The store is tucked in between a dental care place and beauty supply. The food looked less greasy then most little Caesars. The GPS shows it's in the middle of the street, took me a minute to find it, nearly missed the sign as I was driving away. The automated system for the phone network is from hell. It is the most inferior thing to have an ai tell you all the deals before the Ai even tries to help you. Then it mimics a human and wastes your time by playing stupid keyboard sounds like it's actually doing anything. Then when I got to a human, she put me on hold when I asked if she was even in the store with out her even responding to me.

Came in to get a hot and ready and all there was is a order of wings available. I was advised by the impatient and overly stressed female staff member that if I ordered, it would be over an hour wait!!!!!!!! This location always has a problem with time and order completion. It doesn't seem management is too interested in the philosophy and expectations of what Little Cesars represents.

I've tried this place 3 times, each visit more than 6 months apart. Nothing has changed so that's 3 strikes. I placed an order today and got a notification that it was ready so I came. She said it would be another 10 minutes. It's now been 30. Standing, waiting in the overly warm establishment was torture never knowing when it would actually come.

Showed up at 10:30, 30 minutes before close, and this short young man informed me that they wouldn’t have enough time to make me a cheese pizza. This was of course because they started closing 30 minutes early. I was told this by a young man who was about 5’3 in stilettos and greasy black hair.

Do not have delivery! My pizza was not delivered and I am still fighting for a refund. The food is good when they actually give you what you paid for.

The past two times I have ordered online to pick up in the portal. When I get there, pizza is ready to go, which is great. However when I got home the past two times I’ve ordered, And open the box and took a slice, we realizethe pizzas are very undercooked and soggy. The crust is barely browned as well as the underside of the pizza. Maybe human error, maybe the oven temp is off, I don’t know. Highly disappointing. May have to find a different restaurant.

No one ever answers the phone this is the second tome we order breadsticks and they are super skinny and hard over cooked not to mention the marinara sauce is half way full we as customers pay extra for the sauce and there’s barely any in there you as a company need to train your employees better to give a 100% customer satisfaction work zone
