I placed my order total came out to 30.02 complained about me giving 35 and not having enough change. Next she did not put the order in claiming she forgot. Food came the chicken was old and stale and the pizzas were not as pictured. Having to wait over 30 minutes I should of expected better quality.

Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas via app. I went to pick up an hour later. After my app read it was ready. I went in and there were multiple people waiting. After trying my code in the hot box numerous times I asked about my pizza (now almost an hour and a half from order) I was told they were working on it. Another 10 minutes later the same lady I asked about my order called it out and rudely stated, "it was in the hot box". I was not the only one this was happening too. Numerous people asked about their orders, told they were working on it, only to have it been in a hot rack the whole time. I have never been so disappointed even though this local has slowly gone down hill. To be treated rude when I asked if my order was in the hot box and other customers being treated the same is not a great customer service experience. Very disappointing

Walk up and 3 employees are smoking cigarettes just mere feet from the entrance. Great first impression. Walk in to see a line and no one in sight to help. The 3 employees come in shortly after to start their shift apparently. 2 other employees magically appear from the back to greet them and shout onscenities. I never saw any of the 3 smoking wash their hands before they started working. No Hot N Ready pizzas. No surprise. Never coming back and I advise you to do the same
Ordered pizza online because “hot and ready” isn’t an option unless you have 25 minutes to wait. Went after ordering my food 45 minutes prior and not done. Delicious… if you want to wait an hour and a half.

Some Ppl their are shooting up on drugs you’ll see track marks and having them make pizza that’s a big contamination blood all over your pizza and I worked their so I’ve seen them with track marks taking a while in the restroom I swear and I put this on my kids that the ppl their have scabs itching and blood from track marks. And when I took the trash and I found a needle sick ppl and they only hire their own color very racial I rather go the one on Ellsworth they are very clean and professional and they care about their customers pizza are always fresh.
