I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with straight jacket over the phone and when i went in there I got charged 10 bucks it didn't have the straight jacket or stuffed crust and it was over cooked and when I brought it back to have ask them to make me a new one they refused and said I would have to buy it but they can give me. Discount I order food there every other day when I get off work I'm hella upset with the afternoon shifts attitude towards me as a loyal customer night shift has always got my order right and bin courteous to me I'm never going back in the afternoon again they treated me like I'm trying to hussle them when Iv bin a loyal customer for at least 6 years and the one time I complain they tell me they can give me a discount If I buy a new one and straight took the pizza I brought back for them to remake like now I just want my money back because it was straight unprofessional

Had 2 people working, messed up my pizza that i waited forever for, picked up before concert to find it was wrong, came in and waited 5 minutes, asked for a refund because we couldn’t wait for another one refused to refund without the original messed up item back?????? after wasting 30 minutes of our time????? Stop scheduling highschoolers all alone, and own up to your mistakes. Manager is a joke.

Ask about redeeming a coupon that little caesars offer through a t mobile i had never did it before the gentleman behind the counter wouldn't help me he cut and dry and was to busy on his phone throwing away a customer that makes their pay checks and top of that he was scratching his hair and rubbing his hand across his nose while still handling food I guess It worked out good that I couldn't order so unsanitary

What the heck? It’s bad enough that this location has very inconsistent quality, but I literally just paid extra for crazy crust on my pizzas, and they didn’t put it in any of the 3!!! Such a simple step to miss shows that they just don’t care. And there’s no recourse. I’m not gonna bring my pizza back in a storm so I can wait another 30 minutes to fix it. They do not care AT ALL!!!

Love this location! Their stuffed crust and stuffed bread are so yummy and cheap! It’s refreshing to see a team that actually work well and get along! The music is also a plus! Shout out to the young girl at the back she makes excellent stuffed pizzas!! ✨✨✨

This Little Caesar’s location is the best one so far! Been to many LCs around valley and been treated like garbage. This one has the best atmosphere and customer service so far! The food is great, depending on the day. Usually great when some Hispanic chicks work the back.
They never answer there phone !! This is the second time I've tried calling to make n order and no answer verry aggravating !!

I keep calling and no one answers the phone. Drive down there went in side three people seating in the back. Called while standing in front and phone rang and the kid walk bye the phone and helped us. I told him the phone does work that I have been calling and you guys are just sitting back there.

Put in an order ahead of time and scheduled for a pick up. It was not ready, the store is dead no body else and it’s not ready. The workers definitely don’t care. This experience reminds me why I stopped coming back here. Don’t have an option to pick up at a certain time if you cannot fulfill the order in time.

Didn't provide any marinara sauce with our cheesy bread. We pre-ordered 3 bottles of root beer, but on arrival found that they had none and had to settle for soda that wasn't really our favorite. There were no other customers in the store - the service should have been much better than it was.
