pretty ok environment, server was average, food was nothing special, this place didn't stand out as fantastic or horrible, just a mid grade roadhouse, no bells and whistles , if you are looking for a very average meal with average service and average prices then this is the place for you

This location has really gone downhill. Used to go frequently, but the last two times the service has been poor and the food has degraded. A steakhouse should at least be able to cook a steak properly to temperature, rather than turning it into a chewy grey mess. The yeast/butter rolls in the past made up for any issues, but they now seem to have gone to a one per customer policy. Having been here dozens of times in the past, I thought the first bad experience might be a fluke, but after twice in a row with lousy service and food, I'm not going back again. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to a different roadhouse where the prices are better. You may have a bit more of a wait, but it'll be worth it.

Not happy at all. I'm giving this one star because of the meal, not the staff. So I started with potato skins because I thought you can't ruin that. Once they arrived, they first thing that I tasted was how salty the skins were. Then my Logan Steak showed up. It was grey in color, covered in salt and tasted bad. I should have said something, but I couldn't stomach any more of it. I decided to pay for the meal and left. I will not go back there again.

Food was not as expected! it was not my first time in there, but some how this time all our food has something wrong with it. First, my husband and kids didn't like their meals. One order of steak was well done when its supposed to be medium rare. The other steak was well well done very dry. My order had wrong items: chicken instead of steak, mashed potatoes instead of baked ( I guess the waitress didn't really hear me when I placed my order). We couldn't send all the food back , we had to eat it and be done with it. The bath room really in need for cleaning!

One star is exceptionally high. We walked in and there were 5 yes 5 people at the entrance high diving and talking while we waited to be acknowledged. We were never asked where we wanted to sit and the female server was put out because we wanted a table mot in the bar. We were told there would be a wait! I am not going to wait for your convenience. I drive executives around the valley. I certainly have removed your location from my recommendation list. PS WE ENJOYED CHILI'S
