Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

Utterly appalling customer service. I stood at the cashier station for a full 15 minutes, completely invisible to the staff. Not a single person acknowledged my presence, let alone took my order. It was as if I didn’t exist. After being blatantly ignored, I finally walked out in frustration. An absolute disgrace—I wouldn’t return if they paid me.

Cashier did not know how to ring up long John silvers...the kiosk did not allow to order long John silvers....cashier who took over was extremely rude and took a customer's large order off the counter and would not put it back for ten minutes.. she also was extremely rude to an elderly lady that could barely walk
.. that cashier has no business working with public. The ice machine was not working for the pop machine... 4 sodas did not have carbonation..will not return....more than 3 strikes.owner needs to be aware and fix the problems.. oh yeah also out of some condiments...

They made a mistake on a delivery and instead of refunding my original payment method for $10 worth of food i did not receive they gave me and coupon and refuse to answer all 3 of my emails. For how much money taco bells costs these days the quality of the ENTIRE experience of eating here is horrible!! Byee tacobell, I'm good 😖👎

The restaurant is full of staff but customers are standing in front of the counter waiting for their orders and no one is paying attention. It is clear that the manager here is very bad at managing the restaurant. The food takes a long time to be cooked and no one is paying attention to the customers.

Sloooooooowwww. Ordered online 40 mins ago. Standing in lobby for 20 mins and counting waiting for food. This is just Taco Bell. It isn’t very good or cheap but they take forever to make their food.

Every time I come here it's like clockwork, I always get burnt food. It takes an hour to get the food and when giving a food order they are always so mean and angry about something.. I remember when this place very first opened and it was good. Now it's a nightmare if you want fish or a taco.
