There was about a 20-minute wait. Food was excellent service was excellent and the atmosphere was right on. Well worth it. Had a great time and can't wait to go back. Thanks LongHorn steakhouse for blessing me with your beautiful experience. Oh yeah and the best part is my state was superb. Better than anywhere else.

My husband and I had a great time here for our anniversary. Our waitress, Lauren was very nice and attentive and we were so impressed with the anniversary dessert that she presented to us. We love the long pour margaritas and bread too!

Always personable, kind, and always has a smile on her face. My experience with her is always pleasant and enjoyable. Ashley pays attention to detail and truly likes seeing her return customers. Recently visited scottsdale. First time in america. Looked up various steak houses as I was wanting to try a steak in america. We had chosen Longhorn steakhouse in Mesa. What a mistake!!. I ordered ribeye well done and my other half ordered T bone. His came undercooked in middle but said it was fine. But my ribeye was so inedible It was burnt so badly the bitter burnt taste stayed after one bite. Staff member asked if everything was ok and I replied to be honest I was trying to be polite and not complain.. but it's just not possible to eat that.. he just replied oh im sorry. I cud send it back but will be a while for another one.. the purpose of going out for meal with my partner was to dine together. Not eat separately. So I said sorry I just cannot eat this. So I had to sit while my partner ate his food and then we left. I can honestly say it has been the worst tasting steak I've ever eaten in my life. And then to still be charged 30 dollars for one bite of steak!!!. Never again will I try Longhorn steak house. AVOID

I was not impressed with the rib eye I got. It had lots of fat in it and it looked and tasted like they put it on the grill for a quick heat and the broiled it. The service was very good and friendly. My wife said that her lemon garlic chicken was to salty. The chicken was tender but it was to salty and no lemon taste.

The service was excellent,don't remember the waitress name, but I would ask for her again. Food was good. I had the salmon. Everyone else had steak.
The last couple times I've ordered to go from this location the steaks were overcooked and dry. Last time I ordered a sirloin, this time a rib eye and had the same issue with both. The baked potato was still hard. They have only 2 spots for to go pick up orders and a car was parked in one of them with no one inside. We let the staff know as this prevented us from parking and they didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.
