Consistently great. Love the 20 oz. ribeye, so tender. Can't eat it all, so we take our leftovers home for steak and eggs for breakfast the next morning. We also order a side of Brussel Sprouts to split, so yummy. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and a bit upscale. Nice place to be able to hold a conversation. We have eaten at several locations across the country and quality and service is consistent.

I had to edit the rating today. I am not happy with the long wait I had to endure during the so called shift change. This location needs to work on being able to transition while having other staff members prep food. Otherwise, this place has the best steaks in the valley outside of Dominic’s Steakhouse.

We came here on a Saturday evening for my mom's 82nd birthday. The restaurant was very busy but I joined the waitlist ahead of time. Our server Courtney E. was AWESOME!!! She was so friendly and upbeat. She was also very patient and understanding with my senior parents. Food tasted excellent with generous portions. We were happily surprised about the food as how busy they were. The quality control was in place for being a very busy restaurant. Overall a wonderful dining experience to celebrate my mother's birthday.

This is my family's go-to. For special occasions, or just a special night with our loved ones. Our service was, well, let's just say that I really hated to keep asking for refills or things we got we didn't order. It took over 20 min to bring a child's order of grilled chicken vs. fried tenders. I was rather disappointed in the service we received. I never got the refill I asked for. I've never had this type of service before. So, unfortunately, the tip matched the service. I am a great tipper when I get great service, but not so much when I don't get good service. I'm sorry, but I refuse to pay a high tip on a bill that I never really received service for. I had lunch with a friend earlier, and the bill was half the price, and she got a better tip. She was prompt. She kept coming back often to check if I needed anything, brought refills on her own, and much more. I hope that these servers know they have to work for their tip. It's not expected. I only say that because I myself was a server. I how hard I had to work for my tips. I hope the next time I go to Longhorn, I receive better service.
