I ordered a carnitas taco and a chicken taco. They were average. Nothing special. A bit dry and could have used sour cream. I also ordered an adovado pork enchilada with green sauce. It was very spicy but unusually lacking acid. The margaritas were well made and the service was good.

We had Cristina prepare a catering menu for an event and it was delicious! Highly recommend ordering from them for your catering needs. Food was great and the help setting up the menu for our needs was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great location!. Weird hours. Totally worth it. Had a daddy, daughter date here and it was great. Staff was great, food was fantastic. Reminded me of home, Las Cruces NM. Daughters like it so much they want to come back next time! Unfortunately I didn't get any names from the staff, otherwise I'd give them a shout out! Thanks again for everything!

First visit after referral from friends and it is amazing. Spicy salsa with chips to start that tastes awesome. Chile Rellenos with machaca, refried beans and rice. was incredible. One of the best meals I've ever had and I told the Chef/cook because I had to share.

One of the best places to get real spicy heat in Mesa. The green chile sauce is amazing. The tequila is top notch.

I was told I needed to try this Mexican food as it was not only spicy, but delicious!

The green and red salsa that came with the chips were both very good and SPICY! As were the chips.

I had a cheese enchilada with green and it was one of the best I have ever had. You could taste the fresh corn masa. WOW!

I also had the Victoria Special 'B' which was listed as spicy:

RELLENO DE CARNE ADOVADA BURRO - HATCH GREEN CHILE RELLENO, CARNE ADOVADA, POTATOES, GREEN CHILE & CHEESE WRAPPED IN A FLOUR TORTILLA & SMOTHERED WITH RED & GREEN CHILE

It was very spicy, but you could still taste the food! This was excellent and the potatoes were french fries!

The last item I ordered was a to go box, LOL!

This was a surprisingly bad experience, out of the 4 people that approached us. Only the server and the hostess we’re greetful and Amicable to my daughter and me.. Everyone else is lacking customer service skills. Even the guy who maybe was the person in charge, didn’t greet or speak to anyone only staff. They passed us a few times, no eye contact, Hello. Nothing. But real quick to hastily put the bill on table, not even a “ I will help you when your e ready to pay. “Just whisked by as if in a hurry to get somewhere. Then of all things the server has to share her tip with everyone because it all goes in a bowl to split it. Not fair to have to share with the person who served the chips n salsa but did not acknowledge us and did not respond to my hello. Maybe she did not hear me? Not! She is like a mummy walking around, I did not see her or anyone else talk or ask how is everything? I say this place needs new people with ethics and good customer service skills. Or maybe they just do not care! But never again will I go there! The food was not that great either. Nothing special or tastier than other places. No New Mexico taste at all!

My favorite New Mexican food restaurant, and whenever I want something spicey. The enchilada plate with carne adovada Christmas style with the egg is my go to and for many others as well. Margaritas are great and very large.

Just an absolutely horrendous experience. To all of you reading this… this is a horrible representation of New Mexican food.

We waited about 20 minutes before we even had a server come to our table. We waited 45 minutes to get our food… it wasn’t even busy.

Rice was hard, beans were cold, adovada was tough and dry. We sent one dish back because it was sitting in the window for 10 minutes. The server tried to tell me it was because there was “no sauce on it”.

The owner watched me ask for a new dish from a distance, and didn’t even apologize when he came to our table, or ask how he could make it right.

Just look at the pictures of the sopapillas in the reviews (I can tell you, as a New Mexican, that’s not how they’re suppose to look fyi).

Throughly disappointed and WILL NOT be returning. Save your hard earned money and eat somewhere else.

I’d honestly rather eat dog food or starve.

Great little find! Good chile and salsa was the right amount of heat. You can definitely taste the difference when it comes to homemade chile vs canned, and this here is the real deal! Ground beef enchilada was made with a thick homemade corn tortilla, I haven't had anything quite like it. Shredded beef taco had a spread of refried beans inside which was nice. On the other hand, the rest of the dinner crew wasn't too happy with their meal. Let's just say they couldn't handle the heat.

Been here once before. Food is good if they ever get around to serving you. Just left after having sat for 15 minutes waiting for our server to come back after giving us menus. Don’t bother with this place.

Had a work dinner here...we were sat in a room that was cold, uninspiring, and nearly forgotten. Waited an hour before dinner orders were taken. Drinks were slow. Food was just ok...certainly not worth the wait.

Los Dos Molinos absolutely blew us away! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like part of their family. The service was warm, attentive, and truly exceptional—something you don’t find just anywhere.

The food? Outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor, cooked to perfection, and served at a great price. You can really taste the love and tradition behind every bite.

What made the experience even more special was learning about the restaurant’s amazing backstory. It added so much heart and meaning to our visit and made the meal feel even more authentic and memorable.

If you’re looking for incredible food, wonderful service, and a place that treats you like home, Los Dos Molinos is the spot. We can’t wait to come back! 🌶️❤️
