I love the Ellsworth location first time here at this one and horrible. My carnitas were badly over cooked surprised they would serve it. Horchata taste like 70% water not close to real horchata. My girlfriend is never really able to finish carne asada fries but portion was so small she finished hers and we had to share my carnitas plate the little that was Edible. Glad this place wasn't my first los favoritos experience or else I wouldn't even try it again but this location absolutely not going.

Pretty typical los favs. Just noticed it was there as the location is kinda hard to notice and access. Been there a couple times. Once the service was great it was very quick even in a packed restaurant. The other time i sat there waiting for my food for 20-30 minutes, and it was cold when they finally called my number and handed me the burrito (which i believe had been sitting on the order counter behind the cashier for at least 10 minutes).

Yummy tacos, nachos, and other Mexican favs. The prices just keep going up. Everything just increased another dollar or more each. That's the 3rd increase in 12 months. It's getting to be overpriced like all the other Mexican chains now.

After reading some of the previous comments, they are RIGHT! IT STANKS to high heaven in this place! Not ONLY will I not come back here because of the smell of raw sewage but the cashier had a VERY STANK LOOK on her face when we started our order. My sister had to repeat herself several times and might I add speaks fluent Spanish as I do as well, she repeated her order again and again in both English AND SPANISH. STILL a crazy blank stare at us like we were trash! About the third time after my sister said something about calling management did she understand us.. It must only be during the daytime that the service is worth 3-4 stars because if I could give zero to a half of a star, I would. These are the type of folks, (children) that will run your business into the ground. First impressions are everything and fortunately this was the last. Please train all of your employees how TO SMILE when greeting paying customers and not a disgusted look instead..

The food is good, and the portions are decent. Somehow, it's overpriced. The salsas are ok. The location was safe even though it was late. The tables were sticky and with food residues, so I went to ask to get it clean. The lack of stars if because the first thing you smell entering is sewer masked with cleaning products. I mentioned that coming in, and the cashier went and sprayed some glass cleaner to mask the sewer smell more.

Food quality has gone down hill in the last few months, staff is extremely rude and will just hang up on you if you try to call, and the building is way dirtier then it used to be. I think they had a change up in staff because this place just isn't what it used to be.
I was in the area and decided to get some Menudo! Well what I got was two big old bones with tripe. I will say the flavor was good, but I called asking about the Hominy I was told that's just an additional accessory. WHAT! I would definitely disclose this when you are selling your so-called

Got my food last night went home right away had a long hair in my beans and they were cold never had a issue before been going 5 years and they do nothing to fix it waste my money not eating something after finding a hair thanks alot

I found a piece of bone in my Carne Asada Fries, which is a serious food safety violation. I hope it’s not human, but seriously, this needs to be addressed. If there’s a manager who cares about food quality and safety, these issues must be fixed. I don’t want to return to one of my favorite places until all of these problems are resolved.

I have visited this location many times, Yesterday I ordered 4 chorizzo breakfast burritos. two for my fiance and two for me to eat throughout the week. Come to find out this morning that one of mine was bacon when I bit into it. So I grabbed the other and the second is bacon as well. I am allergic so I cannot eat these. I called this morning as soon as I found out and they said, well we need the burritos to be returned the same day, did you call yesterday? No because I did not start consuming these yesterday. They told me to call back at 4pm when the manager is here not sure what we can do. Horrible customer service in my opinion. I will be disputing it with my bank and will be taking my business elsewhere. You lost a re-occuring customer!!
