I love this place and their coffee. They just desperately need more than one person working at all times. As soon as someone comes in to order a smoothie and an espresso drink, then the rest of us are having to wait a longer time for the one barista to make both things. Still, the stuff I’ve had here is amazing and it’s a great place to sit for a while with a coffee.

I have seen this coffee house many times and have been wanting to try it. The decor is Southwestern and very Arizona. It's very comfortable and you can easily spend an hour visiting inside of the cafe. They have their own coffee beans for anyone who wants to drink some of their coffee at home. Although I did not buy a bag of coffee beans, I enjoyed my coldbrew and can see myself going back. Five stars.

Nice little coffee shop off Main St. In Mesa. Good place for a coffee and a quick bite.

The coffee is good, the baristas are cute and have a mixture of welcoming demeanor and disaffected personality, which (for me) actually works.
I don’t think any of them are dutch though…

I've been coming to Lost Dutchman for the last 2 years as it is in a convenient location. Unfortunately, while I like the coffee, most of the barista girls display a lack of interest for polite customer service and perform their jobs as if they completely hate dealing with customers. OBC and Lone Star have much nicer staff

It’s not my first time at Lost Dutchman, but today’s visit was absolutely fabulous. Why? Catarina, the Barista was amazing. Working solo, she was running around making hot chocolates, americanos, lattes, heating croissants up, serving the must delicious almond poppy seed loaf...Ive never seen such a great happy barista multi tasker. She steamed oak milk for my very flavorful Americano too. This review is really all about Catarina. Owners, she deserves a raise. The List Dutchman is a great, homey, comfortable shop with delicious pastries. You can definitely spend time with a his book.

This place is in a great location and has potential. Unfortunately the front entrance was a dirty tile with trash. The inside also feels dirty. Black ceiling tiles and walls seem to be hiding dirt. When I ordered tea with honey on the side it was seen as an outlandish request. When I was given my cup there was no tea bag in the cup. When I did get a tea bag there was almost no flavor and the tea was very weak.

I’ve been here multiple times, and the lack of customer service is consistently disappointing. Every visit, I end up standing there while the staff chat among themselves, only to act annoyed when they finally stop to take my order. Even if it’s busy, a simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would go a long way. When my order was ready, it was just placed on the counter without anyone letting me know—it sat there for another 10 minutes while I waited, thinking it was still being prepared. It’s really not that hard to practice basic customer service skills.

I stop in here for coffee almost everyday and it's the most delightful, inviting coffee shop I've ever been in ! The baristas are wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly and create a very welcoming atmosphere that blends well with the inviting and relaxing mode of the entire shop. It's a very unique, warm and friendly place to be.
