The food here is delicious! Every single time. They are consistent. The only thing that could be a little better is the service, but over all the staff is good and polite. My friends and I enjoy this place because we know we will have a great meal whether it's lunch or dinner.

Food has always been great here for the last 5 years its just always the service that is the issue. Usually the 2 older Korean lady servers will not respect you or check up on you. Asked for certain meats only to be told, they cant get it due to health inspector being there. If that explains anything that they were scared to get food for customers since health department might or will deduct points. Waited 1 and half hour for bowl of rice. Spent around 4 hours there only getting close to 6 plates of small portion of meat. No apologies just excuses and wanted lemons, only to be told they ran out and then see another server pass by with lemons and be told by that server, "oh she probably didnt want to cut lemons" How lazy you gotta be to not cut simple lemons for a table thats asking for the first time, they seem to do that often and when you complain they just Uno Reverse card you. Good Luck to this business and other customers.
I had the displeasure of dining here with a large group that I reserved a table for a week in advance. The food was good but the curly haired older waitress made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. I think her name was Syung Hee. She has 0 customer service skills. She glared at us, got mad that we sent food back because we didn't know someone in our party were deathly allergic to it before we ordered, and got mad because some of us didn't want to eat and just wanted to have a drink.The other people I spoke to when making the reservation were very nice, but we were unfortunately stuck with this waitress and will not return because of it.
The staff is very fast and caring to get orders on the table with efficient time. The atmosphere is very laidback to spend time while you cook the BBQ with delicious meats with a high amount of variety. Highly recommend this place for a first time for anyone interested in KBBQ.
No. Don't waste your time or money. Food was mid, service was horrible. I understand having a language barrier but why be rude about it. Also not being asked if we need anything else or anything more sucked. I don't mind paying a fee for uneaten food but ask me if I want anything else. Id like to spend my money on what I like.

They close at 930 and we showed up at 845 and they wouldn’t seat us drove all the way from tucson to eat some kbbq and am leaving hungry and disappointed ?? if they stop service at a certain time I totally understand but their hours/website should reflect it.
