Ordered half vegetarian half sausage. Quantity of sausage was limited to 3 pieces of small sausage pieces. Ordered thin crust got a spongy medium thick crust. Dry and not crisp. Cheese flavor was weak. Wife thought vegetarian half was not good. Guess you have to travel to Lou Malnati's to get good Chicago style pizza.

I have ordered pizza from Marco’s three times. The first two I would have given 5 stars, but last night my order was terrible. Not at all the quality I expected. We asked for black olives to be added. Nope, didn’t happen. Asked for a side of jalapeños, didn’t get those either. Truly disappointed. Last nights order would have been one star if I had not ordered previously

Called into place an order, asked person on phone what special were and he started telling what was on special but did not know the price kept saying he thinks, not calling in to get an I think price want a out the door price before any tax that is. Seem as tho you need to train these employees a little better no customer service at all. Then delivery driver in reg street clothes with no Marcos marking on him or anything was also kind of rude asking for a tip lol for a pizza you delivered cold. Bread was nice and hot pizza was ice cold. Won’t be riding from here again and that’s sad as I’ve been eating Marcos for 40 plus years and was happy when they opened in Arizona but I’ll pass as worst experience ever. Good luck tho

Excellent customer service!!! Doordash had completetly screwed -up my dinner order night before. Wife was NOT happy. Went to store and Hunter was extremely accommodating and re-made my order properly. I was very impressed and ordered additional pizza as well !!! :)
