I have ordered pizza from Marco’s three times. The first two I would have given 5 stars, but last night my order was terrible. Not at all the quality I expected. We asked for black olives to be added. Nope, didn’t happen. Asked for a side of jalapeños, didn’t get those either. Truly disappointed. Last nights order would have been one star if I had not ordered previously

Called into place an order, asked person on phone what special were and he started telling what was on special but did not know the price kept saying he thinks, not calling in to get an I think price want a out the door price before any tax that is. Seem as tho you need to train these employees a little better no customer service at all. Then delivery driver in reg street clothes with no Marcos marking on him or anything was also kind of rude asking for a tip lol for a pizza you delivered cold. Bread was nice and hot pizza was ice cold. Won’t be riding from here again and that’s sad as I’ve been eating Marcos for 40 plus years and was happy when they opened in Arizona but I’ll pass as worst experience ever. Good luck tho

Excellent customer service!!! Doordash had completetly screwed -up my dinner order night before. Wife was NOT happy. Went to store and Hunter was extremely accommodating and re-made my order properly. I was very impressed and ordered additional pizza as well !!! :)

Good Pizza, place is kinda run down service was good but very few people I have never been here when it was busy.
My experience was not very pleasant. Only two people working. Could not believe what I saw. Both workers handling money then making pizzas without washing their hands or gloves. I will not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Nightmare will NEVER go there again. I ordered a personal pan and they gave me only sauce and cheese in an open box. I lifted it out of the main box it slide out ALL over my car. The store manager JEN totally refused to credit my card. REALLY keeping my money, selling me sauce and cheese with NO crust. SHAME on them‼️😡 Don’t know WHY I can’t add photos? 😡 I called Corp left a MESSAGE, NO return CALL, they are horrible‼️😡

Got Meatball sup and six piece boneless chicken, was told ten minutes. Came back, cook made a mistake and had to redo the chicken. Finally got it. Found out later that one of the pieces of chicken was undercooked. The meatball sub was good

Carry-out pizza and salads last night. The garlic special crust was delicious. We were so happy with the fast, delicious, and filling meal! Thank you Marcos!
