The Marcos we ordered from is 6 minutes from our front door. The email from Marcos said out for delivery at 5:05 we finally received a slightly warm pizza at 5:35.

It is fabulous,, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is always something that can be done to elevate the customer experience. . . could be conversation, calling the cx by name or throwing in their favorite desert. . . but they do a good job and the cheesy bread is yummy. Our first time here. We would go again. We took our pizza to go after ordering online. The prices was easy and smooth. Ingredients were fresh. Note that there was nothing spectacular about the pizza but the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. We would order from here again.

The Ooh la la
Ordered an xl pizza online. Seconds later called to change it and realized I got regular crust instead of thin crust. I was told by a girl that it couldn’t be done on xl. I asked if they can change it to a large. I didn’t even care about the difference in price. I was told no still. The girl was completely rude. I was super upset that they wouldn’t change my order. Total bummer cause I really love their hot honey magnifico pizza.
Came in and spoke to Reggie. I was told the girl at the counter was new. She felt overwhelmed and was afraid to ask if my order could be changed.
Reggie was super sweet. He was able to fix my order for me and was super understanding. He had amazing customer service! I’ll for sure be back :)

Ordered half vegetarian half sausage. Quantity of sausage was limited to 3 pieces of small sausage pieces. Ordered thin crust got a spongy medium thick crust. Dry and not crisp. Cheese flavor was weak. Wife thought vegetarian half was not good. Guess you have to travel to Lou Malnati's to get good Chicago style pizza.
Good pizza and go-withs, but check your order, we have been twice and both times we paid for items we didn't receive. Still a solid value and the food is good.
