Tell me what's wrong with this picture.

No bacon, egg and cheese McGridle. Instead, I get the cheapest breakfast sandwich on the menu replacing it.

I don't know why I have to pay for an order that I didn't get.

Where is McDonald’s? I’ve been to in a very long time. The customer service was purely obsolete. It’s a three people for me to order a iced coffee to the point where I just pulled off. They barely can understand English and have no real training on the machines or the registers this McDonald’s need seriously new management!

Grabbed a late lunch here today. The parking lot is super narrow with a lot of fast traffic so be careful. Ordered a pretty small order, nothing that should’ve required parking. They assigned me a spot that ended up being blocked. The poor person running out orders was very nice. This location I suspect is hoarding the game pieces for Monopoly. At first I assumed they were out until the person parked next to me got a replacement drink. I asked for one as well without checking the food (realized when I got some I had been shorted more pieces). That was two extra trips she had to make during a very busy time. She alluded this game piece thing kept happening and she also seemed kind of annoyed about it saying that she had already pointed it out to her coworkers and could not figure out why they had stopped using the McDonald’s pieces.

Honestly, what should’ve been a five minute quick drive-through turned into almost 20 minutes . The staff was polite enough, but I honestly wouldn’t stop by through here again if I was truly in a hurry.

I went to order just a SIMLPE 3 ingredient sandwich that is $6! And HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE SAUCE, my fish-falet was dry and I almost choked on it trying to eat out of hunger and omw back to work. The guy was also rude. He just handed us our bags, no eye contact, and no goodbye or sign we were good to go

Place is always trying to hurry me up and then they had me wait. 510 minutes in the front line the front number spot when they’re so worried about making their numbers they forget to give customer service all customer service goes out the door since they’re trying to get the car is going so fast making them forget orders and Miss things as well

Atmosphere had many homeless people hanging inside leaving not much space to sit dont get me wrong I have nothing against those homeless people just that they should show manners and respect to the restaurants and customers who buys to eat there they could hang at the park?
However workers there very friendly and patience .. mc donald has great rewards for mc donald app users the more u earn points more free foods ..

I just went to this McDonald’s right next to my job today was the first day on my new job and I was very excited that the McDonald’s was like two minutes away from me. This all changed when Kayla the drive-through representative at this location was very rude. I feel like she went out of her way to be extra rude and I believe that we shouldn’t be treated that way especially when you’re on your lunch break. They did assemble my order as you can see in the picture very very, not the presentation I would like. Overall, I’d rather drive five more minutes to go to another McDonald’s that’s it’s also nearby than to return to this location
