This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations in Mesa. Every time I go through the drive thru, no matter how many items I order, I am always asked to park. It takes them 5-10 minutes to get my food even after I park. One or two cars will leave the drive thru with their food while I sit waiting for mine.
Today, when I walked into the building hoping for a different experience dining in, I was met an ASStronomical scent coming from the bathrooms. The place reeked of a Big Mac gone wrong (it smelled so awful).
For your safety and the keeping your lungs in tact, choose a different location.

One of the managers verbally abused a new hire who had only worked a couple shifts for not knowing where things were located. A new hire who was still learning their way around. They are now punishing that new hire by not scheduling them any shifts. How are they supposed to learn where stuff is now? I live by this location but I will NOT spend my money where employees are treated badly.

I am unable to process what just happened. I gathered the spare change I had in my truck so I could get 1 2 Sausage McMuffin. I know prices have gone up and I thought I compensated for that. I had $3 all together. I ordered and the employee tells me $5.45 I tell him I have st want 1 sandwich he says we have 2 for $5 . I said, I only want one how much? $5.45 for 1 but you can get a 2 for$5 he says again. I started laughing in shock and then said Here, you can "have" my money seems McDonald's needs it more than I do and left feeling bewildered . How can 1 sandwich cost more than 2 of the same exact thing.? I will never eat at McDonald's again, Ever!
