I did an online order and it was for takeout at the counter. When I showed up I couldn’t find the number for the order. And I couldn’t get any service from anyone. They didn’t care to help me. I went over to the kiosk and re ordered my order so now I’ve been charged twice and only got one meal. I have both receipts on my mobile app. I decided to check the mail again and all the folders and I found the email in the junk mail. I called this Morning to try and fix it. (Monday Feb. 27,2025.) it happened (Tuesday Feb. 11th 2025). Well they got to keep my money. Must be great to rip people off.
I always get the McChicken and the small fry very good and Deanna that works there is amazing one of the most politest people I've ever seen there's a lot of people that work at that location they're awesome

There was a guy on a bicycle in the drive-through in front of me who was being very rude about a bag or something. The person in the window handled it very professionally and was very nice to me immediately after and I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism at this location!

The way the managers talk to their employees is utterly disgusting to me. I live right down the road and have been coming here for years. I will now be going to the other McDonald’s down south Avenue. You lost my business! It’s disgusting behavior. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Hands down, one of the best Mickie D's in the valley. I could tell my meal was made to order; the temperature and texture were perfect on the food and especially the fries 🍟

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes for someone who JUST pulled in to the other lane have their order taken immediately! No big deal, I give my order and wait the 15 minutes while the 2 other cars get their food. I pay and check in the bag to make sure I got all my food and saw ALL 4 of my burgers STACKED SIDEWAYS!!! Why employ people who don't like doing their job right? Maybe day crew is better but night shift DEFINITELY needs to touch up on some training videos.
Edit: I'm half way eating my first bacon mcdouble swapped the sauces around. Even on the label says BACON mcdouble but not even an atom of that sweet grease is to be seen nor tasted. Even for a McDonald's this is disappointing.
Final Follow Up: NEITHER of my BACON MCDOUBLES had bacon. Why should I NOT reverse this charge?
