The reason for my 3-star review is that today, at 3:20 am, I ordered through the McDonald’s app for pickup at this location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the night shift manager said they were only serving coffee, even though the app showed they should still be serving dinner and that this location is supposed to be open 24/7. Despite my attempts to explain that , they seemed too lazy to work.After a few hours , I called to cancel my order and get a refund. However, the morning manager offered a different solution. Instead of a refund, she said I could pick up my order at any time. She took my name and the order I placed, and I could just give my name when I want to pick it up. Then I asked if they usually close the kitchen during that time, and she replied that the kitchen isn’t supposed be closed ever, it’s open 24/7.This showed to things: The night manager thought since not many people are coming to order there was no point in fulfilling their duties and keep working. While the morning manager showed integrity, she has my respect. Regardless of the low pay and the probably not fun job she cared about her customer satisfaction.

Came here at ten thirty-six. They said they were short staffed and closed. the car in front of me in the drive-through has been here for 20 minutes and is still waiting for his food and the workers wont have him pull forward so we can leave

This place says it’s 24 hours but due to lazy workers who want a free paycheck around midnight their systems seem to magically go down. Therefore they are not 24 hours they are when the workers feel like working and when they feel like doing their job. In today’s society I don’t think people can afford to lose their jobs but hey thank you Covid for the next generation hoping for a handout.

Unprofessional staff, especially the manager on 03/13/24 @ 5:52pm that all the employees refused to provide a name for. Go down the street to the McDonalds near target on Southern and Longmore, their staff rocks adn the food is better.

I had placed an order online and I accidentally put 13 ranches. I call the store and let the girl know that answered the phone that I made a mistake and she rudely says with a bad attitude “ we weren’t finna give you that much anyways, that’s the policy “I called because I made a mistake and I got poor and rude customer service back.I was just giving a courtesy call and I got ugly attitude back.

When it comes to service this place is a narcissistic dump of self centered people who mumble instead of speaking English! In the drive thru.Three times I said I cannot hear a word you said! She said, "I can't hear you, would you speak up three times,?" I replied three times and raised my voice on the third attempt and then insulted me and said,"For yelling at me, " I will not serve you." Well she then lied to me and when I pulled up to speak to her she turned her back to me and I could not see any thing because she completely blocked my view. She refused to speak as if she had been insulted." Since when does does the order woman refuse to wait on a customer? She refused my request, she refused my order and she refused to wait on me and she refused to call the manager who was sitting on his throne,. Blah, blah, blah she droned on and on I waved goodbye to her and said why is she so unhappy? If I was the store owner I would discharge her for lost business and setting a poor example for other McDonald's employees'. It amazes that certain McDonald's Employees get fifteen dollars per hour for being rude crude and nasty with an obsessive flare and her imaginary abuse of power. Should we say, "Jawohl my Fearless Leader? Well I try to laugh with people who try to impress others and I do feel sorry for her abusive nature because she has reached the zenith of mediocrity and that's an unpleasant state to achieve. In essence you need a course in manners and should stop lying! So I did not receive any food, service or atmosphere at McDonalds. SO I went to In and Out Burger and it was better tasting than McDonalds food and the shakes were great.
