I am on a quest to collect all the little McDonald's toys, and when I went in to ask to trade my blind box (unopened) the manager asked which numbers I still needed! She looked through. Found one I didn't have yet, and said I can jeep the ones I got in my meal to trade at a different location, I appreciate it when food places care about the little things :)

This is the worst McDonalds. Order is never right. Not sure who manages this place but they need to be fired. I also know kids that got hired here, were never given hours and were told that they don’t have time to train. Um being the worst McDonalds w all these horrible reviews, they might want to get new Managers.

Christina is the manager of the store and does amazing job. Food was fast. Clean and very polite. Was crazy busy as there is a school nearby but still manage to get it all done. I will say my child was playing at their playground and she makes sure there is know high school kids sitting in the kid section for kid safety. Amazing job Christina 🙏

One step above Starbucks. Worst place on earth but my kids force me to get them pancakes here every once in awhile. Never shop at chains. Plenty of good burger drive throughs that are local. When did Macdonalds get so expensive?

Idk why you guys make me pull in the reserved drive thru space when I make a mobile order I never wanted to park my car, I wanted to drive through. My food wasn't as hot as it should be either.
If you are going to make someone pull out of the drive thru to finish thier order, MAKE SURE THE FOOD IS HOT !! I ordered 2 sausage muffins,and was told to move to stall number 1. My food comes, and it's not even warm. That's poor business.

Utterly appalling. I stopped by your establishment, expecting a straightforward indulgence—a bag of golden, salted perfection. Instead, I was handed a tragic, limp mound of unsalted fries. UNSALTED! This is not just a mistake; it’s a betrayal of the fundamental essence of fast food.
Do your employees even comprehend the gravity of their duties? Salt, my dear kitchen amateurs, is the cornerstone of flavor. Without it, these fries are nothing but bland sticks of disappointment. It’s as if someone thought cardboard was an acceptable substitute for culinary satisfaction.
Where is the quality control? Who is supervising this circus? It’s McDonald’s, not a culinary school for the inept! One job—salt the fries. It’s not rocket science. Are your employees so disinterested in their craft that they fail at the simplest, most basic task?
I would rather gnaw on a piece of raw potato than endure this flavorless travesty again. Do better. Or better yet, bring in someone who actually gives a toss about the customer experience.

Service sucks! Waited 20 mins for my food. I called them while I was waiting and advised the person on the phone how long I waited and was told my order would be right out. 10 mins later, still no food. I went inside and there were a few customers waiting and asked for a refund due to the time it took. Manager is awful and would not speak to me.
