They have drive thru , but make you go inside to pick up your order because they forget it

had me waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru waiting spot, came in to check on my order and they had totally forgot about my order, they made ugly faces at me as if they were doing me a favor by making MY PAYED for order.

This location has gone down so much in the year I have lived in Mesa. I literally ordered online to pick up in the drive-thru just to be told to hold on a moment while the lady finished up with the car ahead of me but then disregarded my presence and went on to taking the order of a vehicle that pulled up a few minutes after me into the lane that the other vehicle was in and never went back to me. I had to go inside just to see that a supervisor was taking orders to same women supervisors always here in the evening and are the worse! I had to go inside to pick up my order that wasn't even made!! Nice!

It was alright, I got the quick Hi what's your order and bam. The fries were not that hot and the burger was roomtemp. Also what's going on with McDonald's cleaning their ice cream/ Mcflyrry machines at night. Shouldn't this be done in the morning during breakfast or during shut down hours when they are closed. It's very frustrating when they have the advertisements for the new McFlurry but the machine is cleaning itself.

5 stars for Brandon who was working the drive thru!!! I didn’t think costumer service that great was anywhere to be found these days. Give that young man a raise!! He was incredibly polite, kind, friendly and professional!!! Super impressed and you are lucky to have him!!! Have him train every employee at every location, please!! His parents did something great!!

Great service here front in so nice brought my food with a smile this McDonald’s has amazing morning crew there play ground is clean and so is the lobby there very attentive to things needed without attitude i will always be back because of this

Been to this location multiple times. In the morning and around lunch it's fine. But once you hit dinner time the service goes downhill fast. You are ALWAYS told to wait out front. We just went and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich that we waited 25min for out front as out child screamed because he didn't have his happy meal yet. Then after the 25 min and we got our order and instead of his chicken sandwich we had a fish sandwich? Like how do you even mess that up? And we had to wait 25min for it?
