I’ve picked up from this location on multiple occasions and it is a god awful experience. They let all the to go orders sit on the counter and get cold. I watched orders sit on the counter for 15+ minutes while the patrons were there waiting for it, and this happens every single time I’ve been in there. If I was McDonald’s I would look into the manager for sure because they aren’t operating properly.

This location on Val Vista and University has an order board that has been out on the left side since July 2025. If your a customer excited to see that lane open then you are in for a bad experience. A customer got out of their car to look at the board I was trying to order from in the right lane! Pathetic! I gave a bad review in July 2025 using my receipt and was disgusted today to have that other customer angrily standing infront of the order board I was trying to use. Even the associates have given up hope of getting it fixed.

The stench from the dumpsters while waiting for orders to be completed...will ruin the food 🤮 not to mention the accidents waiting to happen when we back out of the waiting spaces. Overall bad design 🧐🤢

The breakfast / sometimes lunch employees are awesome. Especially this week, my favorite is the newer girl. I think she said her name was Chloe, she is amazing! Very kind, remembers details and always compliments me with a smile and great tone. She is a ball of sunshine, not what I expected coming to a mcdonalds. Most of the managers are very kind, they’re pretty young, so I am impressed. The nighttime crew and manager sucks so don’t go at night, the ones that take your money at the first window are usually not as nice and seem like they hate their job but there’s a nice woman who always chitchats kindly, she has winged eyeliner, didn’t know her name.. Although, the biscuits are always hard, It’s great when they don’t make you pull around. I hope it stays this way, because I have had some really bad experiences here.
