5 stars for Brandon who was working the drive thru!!! I didn’t think costumer service that great was anywhere to be found these days. Give that young man a raise!! He was incredibly polite, kind, friendly and professional!!! Super impressed and you are lucky to have him!!! Have him train every employee at every location, please!! His parents did something great!!

Great service here front in so nice brought my food with a smile this McDonald’s has amazing morning crew there play ground is clean and so is the lobby there very attentive to things needed without attitude i will always be back because of this

Been to this location multiple times. In the morning and around lunch it's fine. But once you hit dinner time the service goes downhill fast. You are ALWAYS told to wait out front. We just went and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich that we waited 25min for out front as out child screamed because he didn't have his happy meal yet. Then after the 25 min and we got our order and instead of his chicken sandwich we had a fish sandwich? Like how do you even mess that up? And we had to wait 25min for it?

Thus is the best run McDonald's in this part of the valley. It is clean and the staff are simply the best.
I've been to a few McDonald's in the area by far the best McDonald's I've been to in the East valley. The workers are super attentive the attention to detail is amazing and the place is spectacularly clean. Whoever the manager is is doing a great job and you've got great employees at work there.

Serving stale bread cold big macs at 1020 am when you just started making them at 10...... horrible food.

Tried to get my order which I ordered online but no one came out, went inside and it was literally two sandwiches and a 6 piece of nuggets, waited over 10min for all the employees to just hover and/or ghost past me so I just left, it wasn't worth waiting for this long, ridiculous, and the store was empty and only had 2 or 3 cars in the drive through so they were not busy just sloppy management, won't be coming back
