Every time I order through the drive through, they make me park out front and wait 5-10 minutes for the food. If I wanted to sit in your parking lot for 5 minutes waiting for my food, I wouldn't have used the drive-through.

The double order drive thru seems to only work if you pull into the right side only. And I always have to pull around and park to wait for my food. This place isn’t efficient.

Okay is an apt description for most any McDonald's restaurant. This was no different. My expectations were fully met and that earns a solid three stars. The food, service and the restaurant itself were pretty much exactly as I have come to expect whenever I visit a McDonald's location...which is not all that often. I prefer to eat in, and prepare my meals myself. This was one of those rare occasions when I found myself away from home and in need of a quick meal that I could count on. One thing about McDonald's restaurants is that they are pretty consistent.A higher score would be the result of pleasantly surprising me, while disappointments result in lost stars. A three star rating means the restaurant did a decent, albeit basically average, job.

If you like soggy fries and rude service this is the McDonald's for you. The employees that work the drive thru act like napkins and ketchup comes out of their paychecks and won't include them unless you ask.

This location is utter trash. No matter what you order in the drive thru, you will be told to pull around and park in the front because they are waiting on something in your order to "finish". You will wait no less than 25+ minutes for something as simple as a Big Mac meal. While you are parked waiting, you will get to watch a hapless employee wander the parking lot with bags of food searching for the car that placed that order. You will get to know your neighbors parked around you who are also waiting on their food, and you can build camaraderie over your sheer annoyance towards this location. It is a true community building event, especially after you all agree you won't be visiting this particular McDonald's anymore. Literally any other fast food location can take my money moving forward so long as I don't have to wait 25+ minutes for a basic fast food meal. The photo in my review shows all the cars parked and waiting for their order. Utterly ridiculous.

Not only were my fries not prepared as I ordered them (fresh with no salt), I had to drive back around through the drive-thru to ask them to prepare correctly I watched several workers crowd around the fry station and I saw the one supervisor cough in her hand right before she placed the fries in the bag. I politely told the worker at the window I did not want those fries after she coughed in her hand and did not sanitize. So instead of correcting it I was given a refund and service was refused after I asked for the fries to made again. I was given attitude from the same lady I saw cough in her hand so instead of arguing with me she could have just washed her nasty hands and had someone else prepare the fries.

Sad you have to check your bag thoroughly to ensure they don’t break your kids heart by forgetting the happy meal toy. (Twice) I mean not too happy with no happy meal toy right? Do better McDonald’s.
