This is hands down the worst McDonalds on the planet. Food tastes ok, if you actually get what you ordered, but they forget something every single time. I have never ordered from this location and actually received the correct order the first time

Katrina made our day. We're dairy intolerant and ordered a caramel macchiato. She personally came to the window and explained how it was made with whole milk and how we would like to substitute the milk.a few seconds longer but it was great customer service and we'll return to this mc Donald's. She's a great hire!

Went through the drive thru and the person got the order incorrect. The drink was the wrong size. We were then asked to pull to the front and have been waiting for our order for over eight minutes with only 4 cars . Cars are being parked and orders are taking longer than 5 minutes to be given out. McDonald's do better.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s. They charge a lot more for menu items. Instead go to the one at Higley and baseline. You will be shocked if you compare.

The least convenient mcdonalds on the planet. Been here 10+ times because I live next door and they consistently forget sauces, drinks, and whole orders. I’m done, gonna start driving ten mins to the much better location on val vista.
