Im seriously disappointed, ive ordered from here quite a few times, and have even worked at this location in the past so i know when someone isnt taking there job seriously, i spent $25 in total on a delivery for a $15 large 4 piece chicken strip meal with a large caramel iced coffee and a $1 big mac coupon, when i recieved my bag, not only was i missinf THE MAIN ENTREE, but my frys were not fresh, and almost cold and my big mac was put together so sloppily i couldnt even eat it after 1 bite, idk what to say and all i got out of it was a $15 refund so i still lost out on $10, im not even mad just disappointed, $25 and over half an hour later to get coffee and barely edible fries.

This is one of the cleanest locations we have ever visit, Maria is always on top of everything it’s always a good experience. Thank you for your kindness and treating customers as family you make a difference in our days!!!!

I would just complain to cooperate, if you want change. This McDonald's is the worst. They will mess up your food, and the cashier will give you an attitude. They forget that it's their job and forget the word integrity.

Constantly parking you in the parking lot to wait for your order even when there was nobody in line. Also check your bag. They constantly miss sides, straws and sauces

It is one of the better locations in east mesa. I like their big, comfortable chairs. Also, I suggest you try a spicy chicken with tomato and pickles added. It absolutely changes the sandwich!

Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on power. This one is the worst and they always mess up the order. Had to go back inside for items and the employee was on her phone.

This location is very bad and there general manager is not nice at all I’m a general manager as well and when I have customers who are upset we fix them when it is our mistake you missed giving me food on a delivery which you should be having the door dashers confirm they have the whole order before leaving the restaurant then either way if it wasn’t your fault helping make it right instead of saying call DoorDash would get you customers back I come here all the time and Will not Come back the restaurant before this has always been great and has always been clean when I come here so aside from the gm I have always had great experience til now

For late crew: will miss items about 50% of the time (often sauces, sometimes sides, rarely burgers). Will make you wait in lot frequently for basic items. Even after waiting sometimes you’ll still get terrible food.

1-2 stars sometimes but food is decent more often than terrible -> 3 stars final since day crew isn’t as bad
