Tried the Chicken Big Mac and it was horrible and I couldn’t finish it. Even the fries were old tasting. It had been awhile since my last visit now I remember why I stopped eating there.

I was just trying to get breakfast and was turned away the second they opened. They opened at 5 a.m. which includes the dining room and the drive hours as listed on the window in the dining room area. If you don’t want your dining room open at that time, you need to change your hours.

I waited 5 minutes at the the cash register to get waited on. I guess to get better service you have to order through the kiosk or drive thru. The breakfast sandwiches were good though.

Placed an $5 meal deal order for curbside. After waiting in my car for 20 mins I went in to get help, stood there for another 10 mins with five other upset customers. They put out one order every 4-5 mins. The service is slow and it’s hard to get anyone’s attention. With In N Out opening next door, this place is going to loose business. They need to inherit the business practices of In N Out, that places slings out burgers super fast and they have excellent customer service.

Ordered breakfast at 10:25 sat in the line for 15 minutes got to the window to pay and was told they can’t make it. Asked me if I wanted lunch, called my wife to see what she wanted from the lunch menu then was told to pull back around through the full line again. Horrible customer service. Lady was extremely rude and ignorant.

Worst service ever. Ordered 5 dollar meal in drive thru. Was asked to park and wait for my order. Waited. Got order and found my burger had onions. Waited another 20 minutes for my burger. Never go to this Mcdonalds again. And to top it off I didn't even get my 4 chicken nuggets with my order.
Naiazsa provided supreme customer service at window #1! I would give her a raise!

Ordering in drive thru went fine. Paid at window and was asked to pull around to front as our Big Macs weren't ready. A sticker was placed on my door with my order number. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the food was brought out and handed to me. Person didn't take sticker off my car. Burgers tasted ok, but we're already luke warm...fries were cold.

Parking: Parking is usually pretty open. You should have no trouble getting a spot. Make sure you watch for kids in the parking lot because they come zipping around without caution.
Kid-friendliness: There is a pretty big play area with tables near it. Kept pretty clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a short ramp you can use to get into the store and some handicap spots close to the entrance.
