The drive thru at this McDonald's is absolutely horrendous when it comes to customer service! Every time I go to get my daughter a happy meal they're always forgetting something... sauce, drink mainly. Today a girl at the 2nd window gave me a bag of food I didn't order so I told her & she gave me this look like I was making her day difficult. This is why McDonald's shouldn't be paying a certain wage if their people can't get orders right and act like customers are an inconvenience!
I came throught the drive through around 3:30pm May 3rd. But I'm no longer surprised with terrible service/ food from most McDonald's. But this one is one takes the cake. The girl in the first drive through did fine. It was when I reached the second window when the main issue occurred. She handed the food while having a conversation with another employee and dropped it in my hands before I was ready. Luckily I caught the Mcflurry( that they never mixed and only had a small dash of oreos when I ordered and paid .$75 for extra Oreos) before it dropped on or in my car. Then proceeded to talk with the other employee and not ask if I needed anything else. I understand not everyone can be perfect in work performance, but being professional and having good customer service is what gives job security. The one time I decide to settle for McDonald's ended up being a bust. But you live and you learn. Maybe some training would be good for this establishment, especially because we've had previous bad experiences months prior with this same location.
I went to this location before I worked and I was sitting there for 50mins just to wait on food. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving because it’s ridiculous, I’m also pregnant and I was trying to also get food in my belly as well for my baby because it’s 50% off week at work and I wouldn’t have time to eat anything through the day which is why I tried to get breakfast. Please manage the location better so I don’t go hungry again for my baby in my belly.
Waited 20 minutes and food still wasn’t ready . I had to leave because I didn’t have more time to wait and couldn’t cancel on the app.
Took an hour to get some damn mcmuffins.
This place was awsome I DOnt USUALLY DO REVIEWS but I see people out here shaming on the McDonald’s I’ve gone to this McDonald’s 3 days in a row this week and everything has been more then fine it has been perfect it’s like any other family friendly and customer friendly McDonald’s Id like to say the manager is a very fast pace and responsible man this McDonald’s is right by my house and anyone that wants to come to my house and say this McDonald’s is bad here’s my address 4231 e orchid ln 😤
The staff here is rude and the food is often cold. Their ice cream machine never works either (even when they were advertising it on their windows).
Had sausage egg mcmuffin meal
This is there standard of service every burger we ordered was served this way. RAW don't ever eat at this location
McDonalds food is fake. Food that doesn't spoil isn't food. It's chemicals. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

What is the point of a drive through if you have to pull over and park, then wait ten minutes? I’d think at the breakfast rush hour they’d just be pumping out basic food items, to have inventory, so people can get quick service (hence the “fast food”). I placed a basic order and was told to wait in the parking lot while they made a hash brown or whatever. I waited for ten minutes and just left without even getting my food. It’s like they need a manager who knows how to hustle and have basic awareness.
Really friendly staff. Great service too
Seem like they do everything they can to piss you off. The kiosks infuriating. Order a breakfast and then you have to go beg at the counter for some butter. The steak was a joke.
Service is mainly focused on online service. In person service is diminishing. I dread the future of people who are born before genx
Went at 8:30 for dinner and the customer service was terrible. I was ordering for two people and the second I got done with the first order the guy immediately wanted me to pull forward and I didn’t have the heart to say the second. I thought I would get back in line so I wasn’t rude to the customer behind me. It was a blessing in disguise cause when I got my food the smoothie was half full and I guess there was a shortage fries cause my container wasn’t full either but the biggest actually came out to 10. I did not order my second meal and I will not be going back to this location.
