It’s very rare that you get your food without parking when you go through the drive through. I’d recommend skipping this McDonald’s unless you’ve got spare time to sit around.

I have issues with the drive-thru first you got to sit behind a bunch of people just to make your order then they ask you to go to the next window and pay for it then when you get to the next window they hand you your drink and asked you to pull into the parking lot so they could bring it out to you I don't do that it's a drive-thru not go through all the order pay for hanging your drink and then ask you to park if I wanted to do that I would go inside in the first place I can care less about your corporate timer in your drive-thru that's not my problem that's yours

Drive thru order incorrect (they didn’t even have my order when I drove up to the window to pay) that created an hamster wheel of nonstop chaos. After explaining to window #1 what my order was, window #2 hands me the wrong order. I gave it back and was told to wait in spot #1 which all spots were taken already from others waiting on their food. After 15 minutes and never received my food. Due to work constraints I had to leave with no food and already paid for my order. Tried calling the 800 number on the receipt and that is not connected to McDonalds. Then attempted the local number and that was disconnected. This place should be shut down.

Used drive through. Order was correct, had to park and they brought out my macchiato. Food was warm and fresh. Parking area is tight and awkward.

Don't go to this McDonalds. They had no Curbside spots open. Was directed to go through drive though then told while in the drive through that I have to come inside.
The purpose of curb side is to save me time on my lunch. Instead they washed 20 minutes of my time.
Bunch of kids, who are incredibly disrespectful, and have no idea how to perform good customer service.
Place was pretty empty. Had to wait 20 minute for a 10 piece, quarter pounder and 2 fries. Literally. 20 minutes. Ordered at 6:03pm got it at 6:23pm. That’s wild. I really wanted to ask for my money back but the kids were hungry.

They say they are open until midnight on saturday but if you show up at 11:45-ish they will say they are serving drinks only because they close soon. Has happened twice. Probably just young employees trying to close up early and get out of there earlier but its frustrating when you make the drive expecting them to be open. Please adjust your hours to say you close at 11:30pm.

I am getting so unbelievably tired of getting home only to find that they aren't even giving me what I paid for. This is the second time this WEEK that they just ... Didn't give me my snack wrap. Stop charging me 3 dollars for air, please. Get it together.

Everything is constantly being cleaned/monitored and it does not go unnoticed.
I will say this location is rough to get into turn wise. Food is usually hot and fresh.
Overall, good but still just McDonalds.
