Every time I come here they do a great job. It's always clean, they are ALWAYS respectful and courteous and I love that they do family friendly events from time to time. I refuse to give my business to the location off of Warner and Val Vista due to issues I've had several times there, both with disrespect and orders being wrong or problems with them honoring deals in the app. I've never had those issues at this location! As a former teenage employee at McDonald's as my first job I know the difficulties in working in fast food and I'm usually more understanding and forgiving. However, this location on Power and Ray does such a great job and I really cannot recall any issues within the last 10years of coming here! If I did have any, they probably made it right! ☺️

I'd like to share my great experience this afternoon at McDonald's. I received great customer service from Steven! I needed two different Happy Meal toys (if you have kids you know how important this is) and Steven went out of his way to accommodate my request. He was so polite and just made my son's afternoon:) Thanks again we'll definitely be back!

Did an online order a happy meal and large sweet tea. Drive-through employee handed me the drink. I tasted it let her know it was not a sweet tea they had emptied the teas into cups cause they were done making tea for the night. The drive thru employee grabbed another cup of tea and one of the managers proceeds to take the lid off Take a drink out of the cup. Say yes it’s a sweet tea. Then the drive thru employee puts ice in that same cup, and tries to hand it to me. I was disgusted. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD’S!!!! Waiting for a call from corporate!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered at 1:08 PM on 1/23, finally received my food at 1:32 PM. Cold fries with 18 fries to the small order, chicken nuggets were barely room temperature, the bum for the double cheeseburger was so hard it was not edible. No cup provided for the drink. No sauce for the nuggets. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money or time!

This location consistently provides a disappointing experience. Every time I’ve used the drive-through, the promotional offers displayed on the board either don’t work at checkout or are unavailable. They often take the order only to inform me afterward that they’re out of the item or that there’s an issue with their internal system or code. Additionally, the staff lacks the communication skills needed to explain the situation or reassure customers when things go wrong.
I’ve came here 4 times in the last 2 weeks with my family to get ice cream. Not one time has the ice cream machine been working. In typical McDonald’s fashion it’s “broken” every time. All McDonald’s suck in this category but this location takes the cake

They focus entirely on the drive-thru and push those people out before they even attend to the people eating in. Literally watched like 40 cars go by and still no food for the people inside who ordered ages ago.

Staff needs courses on how to be professional in front of customers. The women’s bathroom was absolutely atrocious! Definitely will not be returning to this location.
