I ordered a medium strawberry/banana smoothie. After taking it home, it was nothing like their normal smoothie. They forgot the banana and the yogurt.
McDonald's as a whole has lost the consumer alot by downsizing the burgers and fish. Profit is not as important as the product! McDonald's needs to bring back better flavor of meat instead of fillers, and salt. And in Mesa always the icecream or shakes is constantly down . McDonald's you need to 👀 what you are doing and change before you loose us or yourselves.

Please, please, please check your order before leaving, especially if you are ordering online and having it delivered, order the big Mac pack got only one freaking thing my soda. Update so I ordered mango smoothie, milk and 20 piece mcnuggets only got my 20 piece mcnuggets, don't ordered from this location cause it sucks

This manager needs to be replaced unnecessary to scream at the top of lungs at customers to pick up food and store dirty,very bad customer service if you don't like food service get a different JOB!!!

I went in yesterday at around 3. The store was clearly understaffed. They were out of ice,straws,receipt paper and more.

the reason for my 4 starts is due to the ONLY guy doing anything. I didn't get his name but he DESERVES raise. People were complaining left and right about cups, ice ect.. He was very fast and professional while having a greeting smile the whole time with no help out front! The manager in the black shirt was there walking around like nothing was happening. They were extremely busy,you'd think the manager would step in to assist. That man deserves more then they're doing for him. At one moment I notice him walk outside to bring someone their order,he stops to take a deep breath then walks in and continues working hard. At that moment I could tell he was so worn out,but you'd never guess it by how he switches into work mode as soon as he stepped back in the restaurant.
McDonald's do better better for him!
Some women today said something about not getting tea and then she kicked him out and denied him service.
These workers here are ridiculous they don’t know how to take an order. They were trying to charge me 60 dollars for a 30 dollar order and wouldn’t listen to what I was ordering and put the wrong order and tried fighting me over it!
In and out nice for when you're in a rush
They only messed up my order once. But made the accommodations require for me to be satisfied.
