I am leaving 5 stars for one aspect and one aspect only, Daniel. This worker is the greatest McDonalds employee I have EVER come across. He is incredibly kind, friendly and you can tell is a genuinely good person. Every time I go to this location I hope to hear him over the drive thru intercom. I would give him 10/10 or 100/100 if I could.
As for the food, I would give it a 3/5 stars. I would say over three out of five times, they get something with my order wrong. The person taking the order will get it correct on the screen, but when I get my order, food will be missing, sauces won’t be the ones I asked for or they will forgotten completely, or not made correctly.

Went to this location and ordered two bacon egg mcmuffins and one sausage burrito. I haven't had McDonald's in over a year but my fiance just had a procedure done at the hospital so we grabbed something quick on our way home. When I got to the window, the total was 16.90. I told him I only ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a sausage burrito. That's the total sir. Can I have a receipt? It will be in the bag. No receipt in the bag, all food cold. I know prices had gone up but that was crazy. Didn't bother going back. Just not worth my time.

Please hire people that have a better grasp of English. It’s getting really bad at this location with a lot of people having trouble with their orders because the staff doesn’t know the language.

My kids prefer this Mc Donald’s play place over the others so we come here often. My order has been a little messed up a couple times but they always fix it and make up for it by either refunding and giving me my food or giving me a little something extra.

Wouldn't recommend Mindy's place at McDonald's. They're so bad now. They're horrible, they should shut all the restaurants across the country down. They are useless overpriced, cut back all the food on everything you get morning burritos that are not full anymore. They're empty, the people them this place. It should be put behind bars

If I am paying for 2 full strips of bacon and only get 1 broke in half why should I pay full price. Just ridiculous. 😠
At the end of the day it's McDonald's. We all know what we're getting. So why am I reviewing a restaurant that is pretty much consistently the same at every location?
Cause of the service at this location. There's a guy working here named Daniel who is just *such* a force for positivity and joy that literally going through the drive through and hearing him do the "loving it" jingle as he asks for our order straight up brightens up my day. I may get the same McDonald's everywhere, but I'm not getting it from Daniel anywhere else.

This location makes me so mad 😂 how are you going to give me a coffee and tell me to stir it myself because it’s 8 pm and they took their dishes back. Huge layer of syrup on the bottom for my pumpkin spice. Like use a plastic spoon with gloves on idk figure it out. I constantly have problems at this location just so fed up. I’ve gotten the issues resolved once by a manager Melissa but it took ample calling and coming by. It seems stupid but the customer service is just so wack and underprioritized. Was so irritated about the coffee didn’t realize they didn’t even give me the 6 ct chicken nugget in my kids meal or the chocolate milk. Great going guys.
