I went in yesterday at around 3. The store was clearly understaffed. They were out of ice,straws,receipt paper and more.
>>>>> BUT <<<<<< the reason for my 4 starts is due to the ONLY guy doing anything. I didn't get his name but he DESERVES raise. People were complaining left and right about cups, ice ect.. He was very fast and professional while having a greeting smile the whole time with no help out front! The manager in the black shirt was there walking around like nothing was happening. They were extremely busy,you'd think the manager would step in to assist. That man deserves more then they're doing for him. At one moment I notice him walk outside to bring someone their order,he stops to take a deep breath then walks in and continues working hard. At that moment I could tell he was so worn out,but you'd never guess it by how he switches into work mode as soon as he stepped back in the restaurant.
McDonald's do better better for him!

These workers here are ridiculous they don’t know how to take an order. They were trying to charge me 60 dollars for a 30 dollar order and wouldn’t listen to what I was ordering and put the wrong order and tried fighting me over it!

Well if I desperately needed food and had nowhere else to go I'd stop here. Me and my mother were told we had to leave, because some random person who had been in the woman's restroom for over 20 minutes told the restaurant that my mother simply washed her hands and sat back down. Had something and was doing something to stink up the bathroom without even questioning the other woman and why she was in the bathroom as long as she was. I don't spend my hard earned money to be treated the way they treat people here. They will take the word of anyone except you especially if you are white without hesitation, so I suggest a different location for anyone who wants to be treated halfway decent. Stay away form this place

The best McDonald's in Arizona. I've never had fresher food than this location here. I will drive out my way just to order from this location.

This location does not care about what they do in any way, shape, or form. They don't alter what they have online to represent their actual stock meaning you pay money when they don't actually have it. And then when you get there they just say we can replace. When they do mess up they are quick to refund you without taking any responsibility for their shortcomings. It's McDonalds, they give you all the capabilities of succeeding but this location time and time again has demonstrated that they are awful. Probably their management.

I went in today for dinner. Went through the drive through like I normally do and asked for 4 cups of the spicy pepper sauce normally they give it to you inside cups with lids on it, but today it was in a chicken nugget box no lid and got all over my and went right through the bag. This is not how I expected them to be seems very lazy and even if you are busy take time to actually give a crap about how you are making your food and what effects it may have on your business. I'm disappointed to say the least.

this food is good but it took for ever I ordered 4 40 nuggets and 4 medium fries with 6 mcflurrys one Sunday two apple pies 3 big Macks and 6 Dr peppers and one meal with a kids cheese burger it took 20 mins why so looooooooong😰
also if your vegitarian just know that they kill chickens in front of u like hibachi
