They are rude and always got an attitude. Their times are also not accurate. If I put in a mobile order and yall can’t make it and I ask a question no need for attitude. Weird store, weird people, and most of all weird manager!!!

I don’t understand why this corporation hires employees who have no customer service skills. The drive thru worker was incredibly rude and we did nothing wrong besides ask for what we ordered. our words were “ you don’t have to be rude “ his words exactly were “ im not being rude but i can be “.

We ordered 2 big macs, 2 big macs no pickles, 2 medium fries. We got 2 big macs labeled no pickles but with pickles. 2 med fries.. Charged for all four big macs. Didn't find out till we got home. Called, told to come back to the store to get two big macs. The problem is from that store we live about 20 miles away. When you go to any McDonalds don't leave until you check your order, even if your in the drive-thru.

My shoes stuck to the floor in front of the soda fountain, the kiosk dis t give me a receipt, and staff was cold. So this is a pass place!

I ordered two cheeseburgers to go. I was told to sit in spot 1 till it was ready. The food arrived pretty quickly, and I was on my way. Later, I realized there were no napkins, so I wiped my face with the brown paper bag.
Went in last night and ordered a 10 piece nugget, large fry, and a value box that was supposed to include a 4 piece nugget on the side with another burger, fry, and a drink, with a side of Mac sauce…
What I received was 10 nugggets, 2 sets of fries that were cold (not even warm, straight cold), NO 4 piece nugget because inside the 4 piece nugget box was the Mac sauce I asked for on the side!! If I could’ve gave 0 stars, I would’ve… Worst service ever!!

I don’t get McDonald’s often but every single time I’ve gone to this location it’s been awful. Always dirty. They never get orders right, they fill the fries half way, the crew members are rude. I can’t stand this location and I refuse to give it any more of my money.
