I stood in front of the register at least 2 minutes with 2 employees directly in front of me. Neither one even acknowledged my presence, so I walked out. Seems like Mc Donald's only cares about if you are using an app, or are in the drive- thru.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Ordered on the touch screen, went to pay, was in line 15 mins before I just left. Not the first time they took forever, just avoid mobile app orders to, you won’t get your food.

My husband ordered 1 meal and they had him waiting for like 10 minutes, when they came to the window to ask what he ordered the lady shut the window in the middle of him talking! After waiting a few more minutes he was given the wrong meal but just took it anyway because he was tired of waiting. He couldn't even eat because the meal they gave him was disgusting! This McDonald's sucks!

Do not do mobile order. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one came. The app said the food was almost ready but they just took their sweet time. When they finally brought it out he looked all kinds of suspicious. I’ll never come here again.
The ABSOLUTE worst! They had people waiting for 45 minutes for food.. it smells horrific I should’ve walked out once I smelt the place, I should’ve known. I hope this saves someone the frustration, time by staying FAR away

Everytime we have ordered our food for online it always sends us to this is location but Everytime you try to contact them about anything you can't reach anyone this number (480) 807-2595 is invalid.
People have to waste more of there time and money to drive down there when it was suppose to be order delivery. I use to work for a few different McDonald's since I was young and this is completely different service I have ever see and completely wrong the way they run there store. I am not the only person I have talked to other people who have also experienced same/ similar situation.
Please fix your management staff because your suppose to set an example not show your crew it's okay to come to work and treat people and there food like garbe.
