I get it... It's McDonalds and they are always crazy busy.... But my drive thru order was completely wrong and I scratch my head wondering how that happens. How does 5 sausage and egg mcmuffins turn into 5 egg mcmuffins and 3 hash browns turn to none in the bag. I know I should have checked ... But with a bunch of kids in the car, I didn't have the time to check the bag so just had the boys grab their orders out of the bag and was on my way. Wasn't til they all started complaining that I realized the order was wrong but had to get them to their practice. Just a bummer. But on a positive... I did like the personality of our drive thru attendant. She was very bubbly and happy.

I heard the dude on the drive through mic making fun of my voice right before I drove up to the first windows. Roughly 6ft tall, tan skin, slightly muscular, wears glasses, middle length curly black hair. I was a regular 10+ years but to mock my voice when I said "thank you" I definitely am done with this location. Shame too because the general manager here works very hard. I just don't feel welcome here anymore. Order was placed at 8:30 pm

Had the misfortune of stopping at this substandard joint one night. I ordered a soda from the kiosk since there wasn't an employee at the counter. No customers. I waited for 10 minutes just to get my cup so I could fill it with soda and leave. No one helped me or got the cup. Employees walked by me, looked at me, but none would just get a cup. My order continued to flash on their monitor as "Processing" the whole time. Employees were chatting, goofing off, the manager was on the phone and saw me. But no one did a thing. I even called the place hoping someone would answer and get my cup. Straight to voice mail. Finally another customer walked in and asked what I was waiting for and then just went behind the counter and got my cup. DO NOT GO HERE.
