Terrible staff and nobody acknowledged me for several minutes. Lots of workers with hair down and not in McDonald's attire. There were no name tags to even know they work here going in and out into dining tables eating and laughing with what appeared to be family/friends/significant others I dont know. visiting friends in parkinglot outside, coming back in sitting at the table, eating then going and helping a customer at the cash register then leave while mobile/Uber/Doordash stand while they pass us 50 times. It's definitely an unprofessional location! Never had this at any others and i've been too many as i've been driving on apps for over four years!

Went through drive-thru only to be made to pull forward and wait for three cold Big Macs and cold fries tired of going to McDonald's and going through drive-thru and being told to pull through and wait at some stupid number I don't go through drive-through to pull up somewhere in park if I did I would go in

3 stars huh⌠makes sense. I order 8 cheese burger⌠2 with only bread, meat, cheese, and ketchup⌠clearly I didnât receive the 8 cheese burgers how I wanted them! The cheese burgers I requested with special ingredients ended up getting 2 hamburgers with bread, meat, onions, and ketchup. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! The remainder 6 I ordered with everything I wanted on a cheese burger didnât even have cheese on the burgers they were just plain hamburgers with bread, meat, onions, ketchup and pickles! Disappointed and wonât be going back there!

I tried mobile ordering for curbside pickup and it was awful. I used a $2 off happy meal coupon I had in the app and waited forever only to realize my order was cancelled. I placed the order again and the coupon was no longer available. That order was cancelled too. I tried it a third time (all three times I paid the same way) and this time it finally went through. I asked the man who delivered the good about my missing coupon and he said he doesnât know about the app in broken English. Not a good experience, McDonaldâs

I just order the double cheeseburger meal, and the new mccrispy strips. They forgot the mccrispy stripe. So it's hot, I don't want to climb back into my car right away so I try to call that location and all I get is a recording. Then I try online with virtual assistance and get nowhere because it can't find the location. It's frustrating. A customer should be able to contact a business anytime during working hours.
