I cant give less than one star... If you go in on a hot day and ask for ice cream...they are out. So then you shop in Walmart and come back for a soda for the kids...no ice in the ice machine? Come back and ask both behind the counter, hey can we get some ice for the machine? Sabrina and the guy making fries look at me for a second and go back to doing what they were doing. So I say oh crickets to my answer? then She says bring your cup up here???? Only to find out that she is your manager?!?! Seriously the worst customer service and preparation. If you want money to the bottom line of EBITA I would seriously look at you associates Coach, train, and mentor them to make you money. Maybe you don't have to, and what you earn is enough, but seriously look at customer satisfaction at its location.

The kids that work are better with customer service than some management. A manager sold me a large drink knowing they don't have lids and didn't say anything she gave me my cup and I told her that they were out of large lids and she said I know want a medium with attitude. You should tell ppl before they pay .
