Horrible service every time I've stepped into that location. Takes them 20 mins just to get my coffee order out. I try to be considerate and go in when I know that they aren't busy or overwhelmed but they still slack and no one there seems to care about their job. I've let it go countless times with sympathy towards staff because of the overwhelming BS they put up with when it comes to the homeless and such, but I am not homeless and I am a paying customer.theres no need to treat me like crap.i lost my cool once out of the countless times they have been out of line. I shouldn't have to go to another location to get decent customer service. Please do better.
They also stooped me on an online order ,I ordered and they took the money out of my account only for them to call me liars and claim no one got an order in my name.
Customer service reps were also rude. Hung up on me once and had an attitude the whole time I was expressing my complaint .they refused to refund me and when I asked for a supervisor surprise no one was around.
I apologize for the long complaint but as a paying customer all I wanted was my coffees and food . I understand people have rough days, but don't take it out on the customers . All I wanted was my coffee and food.

This McDonald's really impressed a McD's connoisseur. Must be the management. A safe place for kids. Play place. Cartoons on the Big Screen. Clean, clean, clean. I was extremely satisfied at every visit, and this even tho they were short staffed. Kudos, team!!
Got a meal of a cheeseburger and a coke. When I was leaving I asked for more ice and a drink refill since the lobby drink machine was turned off. The lady who managing it squawked at giving more ice and came out with a small cup of ice. I told her I wanted more ice and she walked away like I was a bum. Bear in mind I'm wearing a Diamond backs beach cap ($25), a rebok sport shirt ($45 on sale Penny's), $60 pants from Penny's, and sketchers shoes ($70). Not even close to looking like a bum. It shouldn't matter how I looked. I bought food and was entitled to a refill. And full cup of ice with the refill should've been not a issue. If it's that big a deal, then shut it down.
