The young Hispanic guy at the drive thru told me to pull around and wait 5 min for my food. 15 minutes passed…I walked inside. Tried to call for someone at the front, no one came. Tried two seperate times. Ended up going to the kitchen door- right where I came in. I knocked and he came to the door with someone else’s bag of food & I said I’ve been waiting a long time & several cars have left the drive thru. I tried asking at the front and now here. He raised his voice & said ma’am, calm down: I’m not the one making your food. You don’t need to talk to me that way. I’m not the one making it. I said I’ve been waiting and trying to get help. I walked out back to my car. Finally he brought my food & I was crying. He said sorry for the wait. I said I didn’t need to be talked to that way- and he said you talked to me like that first. And wouldn’t back down- I started rolling up my window & said I’d just let McDonald’s know. Never ever going back. Never have I ever been made to feel so small.

refused to let me use that bathroom even though bought something like the sign said, i asked why and they just said “i don’t know, probably dirty or something”. they don’t seem to clean anything, there was no clean tables and food and trash all over the floor, staff was rude, kiosks are slow but the workers look offended when you want to order at the register instead, the younger workers are way nicer then the old ones,

Every time I order a frappe, they barely put any Carmel or chocolate on the top !!! Almost none.... Ask em if they can put more on ? Answer is NO !! If you want more than you have to pay for it LOL are you serious, go to Starbucks and they will pound the top of your drink with whatever you want with no questions asked

Does McDonald's consistently disappoints. Food is always low quality, drinks always taste flat or something's wrong with it, and the people that work there don't want to be there you can tell by their attitude. I drive the extra amount just to go to the one on longmore in southern because they are so much better. I took another chance in order to a few double cheeseburgers extra pickles extra onions they put the cheese on the box not on the burger. You see people joke about something like that where the cheese on the paper and things like that it's true it happens this McDonald's is terrible

This location is great, only if you don't come on the weekends. Apparently there aren't enough grownups on staff to manage correctly. They have no awareness of how to handle food without contamination with there boogers or sweat or dirty hands from cleaning the dirty equipment and that good Ole clean rag they use as they bag your food and put lids on our drinks. Then when you inquire about it they have zero concern or action. Same people doing the same things. Very frustrating when they have a great crew Monday thru Friday.
Always nice, clean, order is fast and correct. They do have a lot of traffic so be prepared to deal with people.
