Horrible Staff. They were extremely slow, not helpful at all, and then denied my request for a drink refill. Drunk refills for soft drinks are free, but they wouldn’t refill my drink.

This location is good. Moreen, I believe that was her name. She has a great energy and went the extra mile for each guest. Sadly the MANAGER who was setting the food on the counter and calling out the orders was very cold , rude and really mean to her staff. Her face and body language really shows she hates her job. All the other staff was amazing.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Apathetic attitude from staff over a 30 min wait inside for 2 combo meals. And only 2 other ppl in the lobby at the time. The owner here clearly doesn't care who he/she employs. Orders were cleared off screens to save there order times and tickets were being hung and called to the kitchen on what they needed. Didn't see one person who I wouldn't even think was the manager on duty if they were their professionalism and team motivation is sorely lacking. Only thi g good was we got hot fresh frys l. Got the wrong snack wraps barely any sauce on the spicy mccrispy. An insane amount of mayo on the mcchicken. Just the worst

Any time I door dash here I get horrible service. Horrible looks because I’m a door dasher. Not sure if she is a manager or not, I think she is. She was working last night when I came to pick up an order. The dasher before was handed an order and she forgot the drinks for the order so the dasher tried getting her attention but was not interested in helping. After he finally got the help I let her know that I also had an order she was pissed and told me it wasn’t ready with an attitude. I ended up waiting there for 30 minutes just to get that order and during that time she was talking to her coworkers about how fridays make her frustrated and then proceeded to say “what is up with all these door dash orders”. Knowing I’m standing right there patiently waiting. Made me so uncomfortable that I denied any order that came through for that location. If I were you I would not go here to this location and definitely DONT order food online from here.

Absolutely. The slowest service ever in my entire life. Ordered curbside, wait at 5 minutes. Never showed up changed it to drive through and still will take 15 minutes or more.

I want to pick up my orders that I ordered through mobile app get there they tell me it's canceled I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager tells me we don't cancel orders I showed her the app that you want to call me a liar this location sucks their customer service sucks and the way they make food sucks I don't recommend this location for anybody and needs to be shut down I don't appreciate a manager lying to my face

The young Hispanic guy at the drive thru told me to pull around and wait 5 min for my food. 15 minutes passed…I walked inside. Tried to call for someone at the front, no one came. Tried two seperate times. Ended up going to the kitchen door- right where I came in. I knocked and he came to the door with someone else’s bag of food & I said I’ve been waiting a long time & several cars have left the drive thru. I tried asking at the front and now here. He raised his voice & said ma’am, calm down: I’m not the one making your food. You don’t need to talk to me that way. I’m not the one making it. I said I’ve been waiting and trying to get help. I walked out back to my car. Finally he brought my food & I was crying. He said sorry for the wait. I said I didn’t need to be talked to that way- and he said you talked to me like that first. And wouldn’t back down- I started rolling up my window & said I’d just let McDonald’s know. Never ever going back. Never have I ever been made to feel so small.

refused to let me use that bathroom even though bought something like the sign said, i asked why and they just said “i don’t know, probably dirty or something”. they don’t seem to clean anything, there was no clean tables and food and trash all over the floor, staff was rude, kiosks are slow but the workers look offended when you want to order at the register instead, the younger workers are way nicer then the old ones,

Some of the people are talking about having sex with each other very loud and being so loud and cursing, I find it disgusting. they barely even clean and they don't care about their customers and they are just joking around

Very bad attitude of the cashier
Every time I order a frappe, they barely put any Carmel or chocolate on the top !!! Almost none.... Ask em if they can put more on ? Answer is NO !! If you want more than you have to pay for it LOL are you serious, go to Starbucks and they will pound the top of your drink with whatever you want with no questions asked
