Poor customer service. Workers argued with us over ranch and only gave 1 sauce for 6 burgers and 2 fries. Don’t come here, go to signal butte location!

You know the pride kid was amazing but the kitchen cant count a 10 piece nugget was 9 only ...

Crazy I cant get a job but all thee people fant event count to 10 the device pick 5 up at a time and you do 5 each side than close it but miss 1 nugget , does count for a bad revi3w but bright side dont over charge and actually place mayo on it unlike other places they give hot and spicy with no mayo ... learn to count and next time I move back to 5 stars

Wish I could have given it zero stars, I had to delete my last review to let the owner know, I can't add more feedback because I never got a receipt. Food was gross, terrible texture, tough, cold food, undercooked french fries, also food made me sick later that night, avoid this CLOWN company at all costs! I'm guessing there's a reason they didn't give me a receipt. Also got this message from corporate, we all know it's a lie though when you look at past reviews. No refund, no gift card to use somewhere else, nothing, missed work because of being sick from this garbage food, and they expect an email to rectify the situation? What a crap business.

There seems to be a real problem with management consistency. Every other time, I’ve had no issue upgrading the drink on my $7 Daily Double meal to a large. Now I’m suddenly told it’s not allowed in-store, and that I can only do it if I place the order through the app. If it can be done on the app, there’s no reason it shouldn’t be possible in person. This kind of poor communication and inconsistent service makes for a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I asked for somebody to help me take my order at the cashier they did not help me out for almost damn near 10 minutes and then they asked another girl to go ahead and help me and she said that we don't take orders at the cashier anymore like the computer where you can put in your meal and stuff like that that's inside of the McDonald's doesn't even let you put in extra mask sauce or even add Mac sauce on to your hotnspicy total review they suck at taking orders the only way that you can basically add stuff on your sandwich you have to go through drive-thru that's basically it

Disappointed that when you go to get a happy meal for your kids and you get a Halloween toy in July and then you ask if they have a specific toy that is being shown on commercials and are told yes but then when given the meal are told sorry we don’t have that.
Staff is kind and food is fine but someone needs to get the toys that are advertised so you don’t have a disappointed child.

Don't eat here. I was lazy and wanted the fries. The new chicken tenders are horrible. The service is always hit and miss here.

Make me wait 15 minutes for 5 sandwhich's in an empty drivethrew. Only give us 4 sandwhich's, second time in a row ive had issues. Whoever the manager is obviously needs to be replaced with someone who will manage the place better.

I want to start with the fact that I work in fast food myself so l get the stress that these employees are under at times and that the food isn't my main worry. My point, as fast food employee I know respect, friendliness and patience is always key with customers and at this specific locations service quality doesn't feel so friendly or patient. For example I was handed my food the employee walked away from the window while I checked my bag as one does and as expected the sauce I payed for was not in my bag so I waited a bit bc the window was wide open and all I was going to do was ask for my sauce, but no one returned to the window and I did give it a sec before I eventually had to honk to get someone's attention which I really didn't want to do it just seem rude but I had no choice. Then someone finally came to the window to asked what I needed and I let her know I just needed my sauce and with a hightended tone of voice and attitude she then proceeded to let me know that they didn't have that sauce and just stared at me as if they had let me know that before handing me my food which they did not Making me feel like I'm the crazy for waiting at the window for a sauce I payed for. And even better I was the only car in the drive-thru. A whole new crew is needed at that McDonalds. Sorry not sorry!
