They are always sticking their ungloved hands in bags or fries and eating stuff this is the second time I’ve witnessed this and will stop coming to this location. Ordered 20 minutes ago before I left work still waiting another 10 minutes. They bumped the order as Serving and I’m still waiting.

My order was missing part of it and the store manager argued with me that everything on the receipt was in the bag. Clearly it was not. She then refused to give me the missing item. I think maybe there was a reading comprehension with the receipt. Store managers should know how to read their own recipts. It showed 2 of the same sandwich ordered and we only received 1.

The worst service of all time you asked them to put something on last time I ordered a burger and didn't have the meat in it they gave me only a sandwich 🍞 I get it every once in awhile make mistakes but every every time I go over there my order always gets messed up somehow I just asked them for a hot spicy Mac sauce and cheese and I asked for a Coke I got a Dr pepper like the little kids don't care about their job anymore .

Overall a typical McDonald’s. The drive thru is extra nice on Sunday morning. They are quick and friendly and keep the line moving. It’s the busiest day of the week but they working hard to make things running smooth
You cant understand them half of the time and there food is always cold always so i am done with spending 2 to 3 hundreds dollars wheb I have bugar king rigjt across the street and I can understand them

Ordered 2 happy meals, a drink with a couple of burgers and chicken nuggets. No sauce in the bag, no straw, didn't recieve our chocolate milk with the happy meals. It's amazing how people can't get an order right even when it's placed through the app. Competence is a thing of the past.

I was given the wrong food I returned the next day to get a refund or have then re make the oder just 2 egg mc Muffins basic order they gave me sausage before and I can't eat that I told them they said since I threw the good away yesterday i should have kept it and brought it back to them thats crazy I can see asking for pictures proof but not keeping food past that time its a health hazard im not happy with the service they always seem rushed like theirs not enough employees for their business

If you can avoid this location and go elsewhere, I highly recommend it. Drive thru employees were extremely rude, didn't use our points or codes at all the orders. Then refused to fix the issues and refund the money. Both cheeseburgers were made completely wrong, was missing things asked for and one sauce was thrown in a box and given to us. Will never visit this location again.
