Make me wait 15 minutes for 5 sandwhich's in an empty drivethrew. Only give us 4 sandwhich's, second time in a row ive had issues. Whoever the manager is obviously needs to be replaced with someone who will manage the place better.

I want to start with the fact that I work in fast food myself so l get the stress that these employees are under at times and that the food isn't my main worry. My point, as fast food employee I know respect, friendliness and patience is always key with customers and at this specific locations service quality doesn't feel so friendly or patient. For example I was handed my food the employee walked away from the window while I checked my bag as one does and as expected the sauce I payed for was not in my bag so I waited a bit bc the window was wide open and all I was going to do was ask for my sauce, but no one returned to the window and I did give it a sec before I eventually had to honk to get someone's attention which I really didn't want to do it just seem rude but I had no choice. Then someone finally came to the window to asked what I needed and I let her know I just needed my sauce and with a hightended tone of voice and attitude she then proceeded to let me know that they didn't have that sauce and just stared at me as if they had let me know that before handing me my food which they did not Making me feel like I'm the crazy for waiting at the window for a sauce I payed for. And even better I was the only car in the drive-thru. A whole new crew is needed at that McDonalds. Sorry not sorry!

i went in feeling slightly down and doc went way out of his way to make me feel batter. and cleaned my table like a good little boy.i appreciated his hard work and loved his service!

Honestly can say I was pretty wowed today during my visit at this location. I Came with my wife and boys, and usually don't recieve the best service at this location, however, Doc really went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of start to finish. He had a lot going on, yet still extended great care with a smile. Happily surprised. Amazing service, Doc! Thank you 🔥

Forgot our ranch and straws and refused to give us more than 1 ranch and the tables were dirty, I also found a brown mark in my lid

They are always sticking their ungloved hands in bags or fries and eating stuff this is the second time I’ve witnessed this and will stop coming to this location. Ordered 20 minutes ago before I left work still waiting another 10 minutes. They bumped the order as Serving and I’m still waiting.

My order was missing part of it and the store manager argued with me that everything on the receipt was in the bag. Clearly it was not. She then refused to give me the missing item. I think maybe there was a reading comprehension with the receipt. Store managers should know how to read their own recipts. It showed 2 of the same sandwich ordered and we only received 1.

The worst service of all time you asked them to put something on last time I ordered a burger and didn't have the meat in it they gave me only a sandwich 🍞 I get it every once in awhile make mistakes but every every time I go over there my order always gets messed up somehow I just asked them for a hot spicy Mac sauce and cheese and I asked for a Coke I got a Dr pepper like the little kids don't care about their job anymore .
Best McDonalds in the East Valley. Food service always prepared well, packaged with care, and served with a smile. Very nice staff.
