For starters the autonomous machine spit out the wrong ticket when I got the order at the counter it was incorrect it was short 20 McNuggets I was the only one in line and it wasn't fast food let me just say that they're lucky I'm going to give them a 4 out of 10 there's always room for improvement.

I’ve been to some bad McDonald’s in my time, but this one takes the cake. First off, it doesn’t look like the picture so don’t be surprised when you see that, but the food here was just slop together with the least amount of care that I have ever seen employees were short us and when trying to catch up, it came out sometimes swirl yellow and red and sometimes just came out orange and pasty. This is not ketchup. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other locations nearby.A positive note, they have a really cool table.

I personally done eat this food but my wife and children do on occasion. The customer service was good, there was no issue with going through the drive thru and it appeared to be a clean place. My family said the food was good so I have to rate it high.

Ver littletoilet paper in the bathroom and only one stall. NO hand soap in the bathroom so that means if I can't wash my hands after using the toilet the employees aren't either which is really disgusting and illegal and it is self-serve only for ordering I don't work for McDonald's. I walked out without ordering

February 29th 2024 got the angry lady working drive-thru yelling at people again deciding to do 3-4 even five cars out of one side while leaving cars to put it in reverse from the other

I’m not the one to usually complain but we waited 25 minutes for four items and was charged wrong, when I asked for the receipt it seemed like they gave me whatever they could find because it was from two hours ago. Manager came to help who also charged me wrong and gave me a receipt with no actually prices just blank zeros. When I finally decided to ask for a normal receipt it came out cheaper. We waited 25 mins for two McDoubles plain and mcflurries that weren’t blended just tossed toppings on the top. The receipt I got from the manager was a photo she showed me on her phone. The worst customer service ever please save your time and money.
