Ordered online, but went in to pick up drive thru lane was backed up...which is a good sign.. locals must really enjoy it. I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with med coffee all tasted fresh. The young man at the counter it was very pleasant and friendly
Ordered meal deals. In 4 piece nuggets only 2 nuggets in box. Ridiculous location. Never gotten my order correct
They literally take almost a half an hour to deliver a single Hot n spicy MCchicken
Went through drive thru and got 2 happy meals (cheeseburger and nuggets) only to get home and see that they did not give me the nuggets but everything else for a happy meal. How does that happen? I tried to call only for it to just keep ringing. For what they charge these days I expect better.
Ordered door dash. French fries were cold and nasty. Only put 1 drink when I ordered 2 drinks. Also forgot my condiment packets.
My daughter and I got food poisoning from this McDonald's:( we both had to call out of work.
Fish sandwich and frys
I pulled into the drive-thru around 12:53 to pick up an DoorDash order that was just a 10-piece nugget combo, it took this location over 20 minutes to get the order out, absolutely ridiculous it should never take 20 minutes to get a single order out when they only had three cars ahead of me. I understand it's the middle of the night but 20 minutes for a single order is ridiculous.
Food was good. Staff was really nice. Went through the drive through and service was fast.

Takes time to order as you have to order via the touch screens. They did not have counter help. I've been there times and found inconvenient and not consistent orders. I now only go for a coffee.

While going through the drive-thru, I ordered a burger and a Coke. I received my drink, but then the employee asked me to move to the front to wait for my burger.. just a burger. I drive a large dually truck, which makes navigating tight spaces like drive-thru lanes and parking spots challenging. Additionally, there were no cars behind me, so I politely asked if it was necessary for me to move.
Instead of addressing my concern, the employee slammed the window shut and said, "Fine, do whatever you want." Her reaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Shortly after, the manager came out and also asked me to move. I calmly explained again how difficult it would be to maneuver my truck into a parking spot and pointed out that there was no one waiting behind me.
Rather than understanding my situation or offering an alternative, the manager responded curtly, saying, "You can either move to the front or get your money back." His tone was dismissive, and the interaction left me feeling unheard and disrespected.
At that point, I decided to take my money back and leave.
It's disappointing to be treated that way as a customer, especially when I was simply trying to communicate a reasonable concern.

Just a short 26 minute wait while cars behind me got there food and left. One lady in the morning is fabulous but the rest of the staff must hate there job they have no clue on what's happening and just ignore you. That meny people working and can't handle a drive through with less then 8 people in the lobby.

I just went through the drive thru 12/8 1:30am. The girl working was amazing. She is one of the best employees I have ever come across..professional and courteous In every aspect of her job. I was extremely impressed. If she isn't a manager she should be. Move her up district level

If they mess up your order they will ask you to hold on to it and return it before they will give you what you actually ordered. I think this is pretty gross I was asked by Amy the manager tonight that I can go back when it’s convenient so I can get what I ordered but to hold on to this chicken sandwich so so I can return it. This is the first restaurant that will take food back into their kitchen. That is so gross. She said even if we have to hold on to it for 3 weeks to hold on to it because in order for them to give me what I ordered she needs the product returned. I am so grossed out by this location now I’m wondering if I had fries that were returned because they were cold. I don’t even know if the health department allows this.

I'm confused. I ordered a Sausage & Egg Mcgriddle & LG iced coffee yesterday. I paid $11.24. I ordered the same today at a different location & paid $8.64. Do different locations charge different prices?
