Worse McDonald's ever been to. Very rude, wouldn't let me finish talking and made me pull around to wait for orders. Waiting awhile as the manager I saw outside smoking. Line for pick waiting order was way to long and took over 5 minutes. Multiple cars pulled up behind me creating a longer line while others waited for order. Never coming here again worse McDonald's experience ever had.

Joy was very helpful with the menu and extremely kind. I don’t usually do fast food, but we had the grand kids with us and they wanted happy meals. One of the better McDonald’s for sure

Of If I could give this one star I would. Girl manager (heavy set girl) was very rude. When I expressed my concerns to her about the staff not showing good customer service and getting upset when THEY didn’t pay attention, she said “well you can just go to another McDonalds then”.
Really? Not even an apology or anything?

Ordered thru GrubHub. Sausage McMuffin meal with large Frappe. Got the Sausage McMuffin and hash browns but empty cup with 40 ketchup packets to make it feel like there was a drink inside. If you are that lazy quit. Employer's don't need people like you working for them

I’m from Australia and I Came to Arizona for a wedding and I want to get McDonald’s so I called and I asked where the location was and they hung up the first time that I asked Where their location was so I called back asked again and they said they don’t take prank calls. I’m 32. I was not prank calling. I was asking where the location was.
The burgers and fries have way to much salt could not eat the food and could not go back because i was headed to work. The workers are very nice even the mangers was wonderful. Please dont put a lot of salt on the food.

Went late night yesterday and it was the best mc Donald's burger I've ever had. It was incredibly fresh and hot! I did not know McDonald's could taste this good. Awesome night grub. Good job late night staff!

We go after school once a week so the kids can play, and the people we've had have been pretty nice for the fact that there's kids being crazy and loud. Also patient when I try to get my kid to learn how to order/ask for stuff

Pointless drive-thru, there's no one in it yet they make you pull around the building and wait in the front for someone to come out and hand you the food. I guess it's too much to get your food at the actual drive-thru window what it was made for. It seems that they're trying to do some drive-through timer trick to maybe get the fastest drive through times for the franchise to get some BS bonus. Why even have a drive-thru?
