Pointless drive-thru, there's no one in it yet they make you pull around the building and wait in the front for someone to come out and hand you the food. I guess it's too much to get your food at the actual drive-thru window what it was made for. It seems that they're trying to do some drive-through timer trick to maybe get the fastest drive through times for the franchise to get some BS bonus. Why even have a drive-thru?

Haven't been to McDonald's in 5 years, and will never go again, my sandwich was cold, fries were undercooked, and both lacked flavor, it's difficult to believe the food could be so bad. The management is poor considering all the poor reviews and no attempt to rectify the situation, seems to be going down hill FAST, pick a different fast food restaurant, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, Culver's, anywhere but this CLOWN of a company.

I have been to this McDonald's about 5 times over the past year and a half. Every time I have been there, the ice cream machine is broken, so I am not even going to try going there again. Too bad that it is the one that is closest to my house. When I have a yearning for McDonald's, I go to another one that is further away. This one is too much of a waste of my time having to wait to get through the drive through even though I have ordered nothing. Very frustrating!

Touch screen self register set-up is the worst thing ever. Place was a complete wreck, every table was dirty, floors were sticky. They can't mess up the food so a basic 3 stars there. And as always with McDonald's, the ice cream machine was broken down.

Ordered online, but went in to pick up drive thru lane was backed up...which is a good sign.. locals must really enjoy it. I had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with med coffee all tasted fresh. The young man at the counter it was very pleasant and friendly
Ordered meal deals. In 4 piece nuggets only 2 nuggets in box. Ridiculous location. Never gotten my order correct

Went through drive thru and got 2 happy meals (cheeseburger and nuggets) only to get home and see that they did not give me the nuggets but everything else for a happy meal. How does that happen? I tried to call only for it to just keep ringing. For what they charge these days I expect better.

Ordered door dash. French fries were cold and nasty. Only put 1 drink when I ordered 2 drinks. Also forgot my condiment packets.
