If I could give 0 stars i would. I did not get a receipt so I do not have exact times. I went through drive-thru a little after 10:00 I was the second car in line and then I proceeded to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food. I ordered the $5 meal deal. I never mind waiting for fresh food, but my fries were cold and my burger was barely warm almost cold! If I wasn't starving I would've gone back 🤬

I'm always impressed by how fast the service is at McDonald's. It seems like I place my order and get my food in no time! They must have a really efficient system in place. It definitely makes a difference when you're in a hurry. Keep up the great work!

Ordered food via drive through, it took a couple of tries to get the order right....the worst part was I had to go back to get the food that was "omitted from the order . Listed on the receipt... Just never provided. When I did have to go in for the food... They were quick about fixing the issues... But it was just frustrating to have to go walk in after sitting at the drive through waiting on the food.

I came to this store drive thru every morning since is across from my job, and the only thing I order is a Sausage Biscuit w/Egg and I used the code for the discount and 3 out of 5 they always mess up my order adding cheese and I'm allergic to cheese, and today I wanted the same w/hashbrown and use my code and somehow didnt take it and ask for my order to be cancel and they didnt, the girl was trying to argue with me, said she couldnt cancel or refunded my money this is insane

I love this McDonald's! I work in the same plaza so I visit enough to say it's consistently good service & fresh food. Not often do they make a mistake, but when they do, there's no arguing no need to prove anything, just a simple apology & correction. Everyone seems to genuinely smile at you. The play area sucks though 😅 That's my only gripe
