Do you do quality time checks on your prepared food? The last couple visits I’ve received an inedible breakfast burrito with the tortilla so hard it crumbled. Ridiculous waste of money.

I spent 3 dollars on a lemonade and ice was more than 1/2 the cup. I drank it pretty quickly as I was thirsty and asked for a refill and they said no refills. I would have to pay another 3 dollars. That’s a little too much mcds. Go to circle K next door and get a lemonade for 79 cents.

Everytime I go they get everything wrong. I either missing an item, they ignore the instructions on the toppings, I get a wrong size, or tje food is damn cold. If you need McDonald's. Please, dont go to this one.

No latte machine working. This was our second try at a McDonald's to get a latte.. rats
If I could give 0 stars i would. I did not get a receipt so I do not have exact times. I went through drive-thru a little after 10:00 I was the second car in line and then I proceeded to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food. I ordered the $5 meal deal. I never mind waiting for fresh food, but my fries were cold and my burger was barely warm almost cold! If I wasn't starving I would've gone back 🤬

I'm always impressed by how fast the service is at McDonald's. It seems like I place my order and get my food in no time! They must have a really efficient system in place. It definitely makes a difference when you're in a hurry. Keep up the great work!

Ordered food via drive through, it took a couple of tries to get the order right....the worst part was I had to go back to get the food that was "omitted from the order . Listed on the receipt... Just never provided. When I did have to go in for the food... They were quick about fixing the issues... But it was just frustrating to have to go walk in after sitting at the drive through waiting on the food.
