I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. I ordered it with no ketchup, but, both burgers had ketchup on them, I can't stand ketchup. I had no recourse but to throw them in the trash. Then I went to whataburger to get my meal.If you have a special order, I suggest you open the wrapping and make sure they got it right.Looks like McDonald's is off my fast food list going forward

This McDonalds always messes up orders and the food comes out stale and cold CONSTANTLY. I stopped coming here after they messed up my order so badly with swapping two quarter pounder burgers for cheaper double stack burgers that tasted old and cruddy. I decided to go to the location on Higley and Brown, with better food and better service. I had just accidentally ordered to this cruddy McKellips location, ordering just 8 McNuggets and a Shake. They can’t possibly mess this up is what I thought, and I went back to this slime hole. When I drove up and said I was going to use my code I got no response in the drive thru. Someone else pulled up to the other side a minute later, and immediately got service before me. I was talking into the drive thru box with no response for 5-7 minutes with people piling up behind me when I used the app to order some nuggets and a small shake. Finally someone answered and after waiting for 5 minutes I pulled up to get my receipt. And finally I got my food, and got the rudest fast food employee reaction where the lady just said “Here” while giving me a rude side eye when all I ordered was a simple meal online ahead of time. I swear these people working here are crack heads getting nothing done. Stay far away from here if you want cold food, warm drinks and shakes, and rude employees

I live less than a mile away and learned my lesson not to go here anymore because the food is always cold/ stale. Just ordered today 03/02/2024 — after waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes they took a new drivers order next to me…when I got to the windows an employee stuck her head out of the window and cursed after seeing the huge drive thru line after a ridiculous customer in front of me was holding up the line. In a rush, the employee shoved the bag towards me and said “here”… I’ve never drove away from a McDonald’s so pissed in my life lol

First they completely mess up a burger looked like it was just randomly slapped together and not the right sandwich , then they remake it but this time it is not cooked all the way. Wow. Usually a good location what happened?

Went thru drive thru this morning the order attendant Shawna attitude horrible . Trying to order never got a reply back then when I said hello yells at me and says I repeated myself 5 times well maybe if you responded back like a normal human and put my order on the screen I would know you were listening to me . Never going back again hope corporate takes care of this matter . Fast food workers are so rude now if you don't like it work somewhere else

It’s ok, but the soda fountain is off, I thought it was a fluke when I had it years ago at this location, but just went here specifically cause my wife asked for a good fountain and it is disgusting. It tastes like it’s mixed with something else fruity.
