Typical McDonald's, sign said they were open till 11 got there about 10:45 and the doors were locked,drive through only and the staff was rude, double cheeseburger tasted like it was made the day before and the Big Mac had so much sauce I took a bite and ended up wearing half the sandwich.

I can NOT express this enough, if you can’t handle customer service jobs DO NOT WORK THEM. This lady always has an attitude. I feel like she is always alone, any time I’ve gone there to pick up an order up that’s what she says anyways. But wow! Tonight her lashing out over an order that what was ready to be picked up because she’s backed up with other door dash orders was crazy.

This is the worst McD in the area. Avoid this location. They got my order wrong twice in a row. You'd think after the first time they would verify it was correct the second time. Nope. And it was the manager who was getting it wrong. Lol. Just avoid this location

When I walked in nobody helped me yet saw me standing at the front register, also 2 of the McDonald’s workers were just in the store cursing and joking around with their younger siblings? Or cousins? Very unprofessional.

Ive been waiting 15 minutes for my order come say hello near the kiosk, the service here is like they are trying to make it good but its probably the worst mcdonalds ive ever been into, not advised go to another one please.

6 peace happy meal for the kid. Everything was good. It just took a while in the drive thru.
The drive thru is awesome. Great attitude from the entire stage. Very friendly. Hot Fries every time!. My favorite location.

Drive thru order. First off McDonalds is way too expensive for the quality of food(?) they sell, that being said, I had just gotten out of the hospital and was craving a burger. It was awful! The bun was burned, yet chewy and the meat tasted old and really dry.

Poorly ran even for a McDonald’s. Girl at the drive through was rude and kept trying to complete my order before I was done ordering. They did not have hot n spicy in stock which is wild. Girl only read back half my order and was annoyed when I double checked. Burgers came out flat like someone had sat in them. Pretty bad
Update: received a reply from the owner with a terrible form to fill out. I would do it but with the amount of bad reviews they already have I don’t feel they are going to take any honest integral action to improve their customer experience.
