I have used this McDonald’s a handful of times in the last two years. They have always had me pull up in front, because my order wasn’t ever ready, despite it being very basic with no changes. The French fries have 100% of the time been old, cold, crispy pieces of disgusting wood chips from the bottom of the barrel, ruining the best part of the meal🤷🏼♀️for me. Everyone’s different. I pulled up there again, today, ordered the usual, quarter pounder meal with French fries and a diet coke. Simple, it’s on their menu, right? I get up there, after waiting thru an unrealistic waiting time between cars that they couldn’t handle, and they asked me to “pull up” to wait for my fries…again, for the 5th time in the last 6 months, at least. This time, I said “No, every time I “pull forward”, I get 15 cold, crispy tasteless French fries in the bottom of a McDonalds container that are leftovers from two weeks ago. Exactly what they taste like, no joke. So I waited and didn’t move forward today. The cute girl that was there, and unfortunately untrained, didn’t know what to do. I waited right there, and after a few min of watching total chaos behind their window because of not knowing how to handle an order of French fries that they forgot to add to my bag, finally got them. My question is……WHO THE HECK trains these poor kids that don’t know what the heck is going on in their own franchises ???? I’ve owned Jack in the Boxes in the past and know the drill. If these franchise owners can’t handle their business and train their employees properly, sell it and stop destroying your reputation in these places that have been a staple to so many for years now. If you can’t handle your franchise, sell it or run it the way it should be run. It’s not that hard. Very simple, actually, have done it for years. Awful service, terrible empathy for the customers, and an absolute abomination of a McDonalds enterprise. I’ve always been a McDonalds lover, but this particular franchise has no happiness in their meals at all, only hassleness.

Extremely disappointing experience. The manager is very rude, she ignored me and other customers. The fries came out cold, stale, and over salted. Do NOT waste your money here. The bathrooms and kids area smelled like actual garbage(like always).

I went through the drive through at the McDonalds on Signal Butte on my way home. The food was still warm when I got home and everything was freshly made. But I rated my experience five stars specifically for the service I received from Cody at the drive up window. He was professional and very kind and made me feel like I did matter that I was not just a number or another customer. We need more Cody’s in this world. Way to go young man. You made my Friday the thirteenth a Blessed day.

What a horrible service by this McDonald’s you get in line in a drive-through they put you up in the front and three cars get their food before you when you didn’t get anything different than that you did all you did was get a big breakfast same thing and they all got food beforehand. It was just not a drink. The manager still yells and says it’s not her fault. service horrible

Who would you complain to if your shift manager/supervisor is the one who is the issue issue? What I walked in. I watched her put an order, in a bag, up on the shelf to be picked up. When she put the glass that goes with the order on the shelf, it fell on the floor, on the kitchen side. She picked up that cup and put it up with the order. That cup should’ve been considered a dirty cup and thrown in the garbage and never given to the customer. I waited to see if the customer was going to come pick up their bag after the name was called, but they didn’t come up immediately. I turned around and left without ordering.
The milkshakes suck no matter the flavor they taste vanilla

Sat in line for 20 minutes this morning to order breakfast, get right up to the drive-thru at that point it is exactly 10:30 and the bitty at the drive-thru tells me that we stopped serving breakfast 10 minutes ago. I will never go to that McDonald's again! You still had your breakfast menu up, you guys were slow, I should have been able to get my breakfast because I sat in line and waited 20 minutes and you were slow not me!

At the Signal Butte & Guadalupe location, the morning manager is extremely rude. I think her name is Angel. I work in food service and there is absolutely no reason to speak to customers like they are only an inconvenience, even if it is busy. Unacceptable.

This place is always a mess, takes way too long to process orders. When they due process them the do it in stages so the first stiff they packed is ice cold when you get it. there was one employee that was extremely rude, then I found out she was the Manager. No wonder this place has gone down hill if her attitude is a reflection of how she runs the building.

I use the app, to order. Why ask how many creamers an sugar do I want if you aren't going to put it in. Also, if you see one coffee ground in the coffee. Start over. Coffee is NOT supposed to have ANY grounds in it‼️😡💯👌🫡
