This location is AWFUL! Employees have a major attitude and it took us 20 min to get our food going though the drive thru. And to top it off my husband had hair in his fries. Last time we went the inside was dirty and disgusting. Don’t go here.
First of all it took so long to answer second they terrible service third and last they had a fingernail in my big Mac
Takes 30 minutes to go through the drive through with a normal amount of cars in line.
This location never picks up the call . And 85% of time there icecream machine do not work
The last 3-4 times I’ve ordered French fries from this place they’ve been still raw, please train your cooks on how to properly cook the French fries and to cook them to full completion because the combination of soggy outside and raw inside the last 3-4 times is completely unacceptable and probably a health risk too.
Justin at the window today helped us w our order. He was such a pleasant, happy, and humerous guy. We need to hire more guys like Justin that have a personality and actually give give customer service
Would give a lower star if possible. It isn’t clean. Staff doesn’t care to help the customers and they are absolutely rude
On 04/12 I ordered breakfast and I was given a sausage egg mc mcmuffin when I ordered a regular mcmuffin. I called this location and they told me to the next time that I come in they would give me a egg mcmuffin no charge. I came in on 04/21 and the first cashier was the one I spoke to on the phone when I called on 4/12 and said that they would give me my egg mcmuffin that I was owed but when I pulled up to the next window the manager in the black shirt with no name tag said she was the manager and that she would not be giving me my $2 egg mcmuffin for free because I did not have proof of purchase. She spoke to me in the most condescending tone and basically told me she does not believe me unless I have my $2 receipt. She told me that she needed to see if paid for it on 04/12 so I pulled up my online banking statement and when I showed her that she then said she needed the actual receipt. I would like a team of management to contact me so I can discuss with McDonald's how rude the manager Lilianna was with me. I had to ask her name because she did not have a name badge on and I felt that her condescending attitude and her tone was absolutely disrespectful and she started acting like she was amused. It was only $2 so I paid for it but I am writing this review out of principle because Liliana was the most disrespectful manager I have encountered at a mcdonalds it over 20yrs of being a customer. I really hope she is talked to and I want to know why my $2 egg mcmuffin could not be replaced for free.
Please fire the whole morning staff

Painfully slow. Zero customer service. Tried this place 3 times, consistently poor service.
This place is easily the worst McDonald’sive been to, worst part about it, it’s the only one close by. And yet after coming so many times they just as slow as the last. They always forget to take pickles off my burgers and sometimes don’t give me everything I ordered. Thank god the food is good, but everything else about this place is a huge let down
If we could stop half-assing the food by placing new fries on top of old fries that’d be great. I don’t recall paying half-ass prices, nor are you as an employee getting paid half-ass the hourly for the job description you took. Placing a fish filet patty halfway off the bun takes more energy than doing it right. Do your job, it’s not that complicated.
Incapable of pickup orders. 35 min wait to say they don’t have an order and gave to the wrong person. Owner needs new staff
