Worse location and unfortunately it’s the one closest to my house. Last week I had waited 45 mins for 2 sausage egg muffins and 1 order of hotcakes. Last night I go and get a family big Mac meal and they forgot half of it. I called and “left a voicemail” with no call back. I hope this location goes out of business.

Literally every single time i come here. Something is wrong with the order. They make you wait in the front for about 5-15 mins even when they ain't busy. Even when you use the app. Employees seem to have an attitude when asked whats taking so long. By far the worst McDonald’s in Arizona

Worst customer service I have ever received at McDonalds. When ordering coffee, one would expect to be served HOT coffee. I guess it not apparent to these entitled employee at McDonalds. The little girl at the window had a huge problem with customers asking for hot coffee.

Employee who was in her 40s randomly came up and gave a mean speech talking about how we need to respect the community and stuff, all because I was sitting on the table just quietly talking to my friends
I am not a fan of ordering by kiosk. I had to put my table number in the order and that I was dining in and they still called out my order number and had my order in a bag.

Came in at 10:50 PM, and the doors were locked. The dining room hours are listed right on the door and it says they are supposed to be open until midnight. Someone came out and told me "the hours are listed on the website, we close at 10."
Then why do you have the incorrect hours listed right there?!? It takes like 2 minutes to put up a new sticker, or at least take the old one down if the hours are incorrect.
