Came in at 10:50 PM, and the doors were locked. The dining room hours are listed right on the door and it says they are supposed to be open until midnight. Someone came out and told me "the hours are listed on the website, we close at 10."

Then why do you have the incorrect hours listed right there?!? It takes like 2 minutes to put up a new sticker, or at least take the old one down if the hours are incorrect.

Ordered food. Paid. Received bag of food. Went home. Noticed missing burger. Called to complain that the workers can't get the order right. Carmen stated to come back and receive 2 burgers for the inconvenience. Only received 1. Carmen's a liar. CHECK YOUR ORDER SINCE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORK IN FAST FOOD. Amazingly fresh food, and quick delivery. Lovely staff, especially Pam, super friendly and pleasant. Loved how clean and welcoming it was inside, would definitely recommend for a nice lunch with family. Will be coming black!

Kid-friendliness: One of the staff members, Pam, adored my little brother, she was so welcoming and friendly, she even promoted the McDonald’s app and let us know how could get rewards.

Went to the drive through and ordered a meal for my daughter and I. There was mistake on the drink it was a sweet tea instead of a HI-C. Easy to see how a mistake was made no big deal. But the employee decided to argue about it and a manager had to get involved. Seemed like an easy fix but got made into a big deal over something so small! Very disappointing. Even my 10 year old wondered why they were making a big deal over a drink.

I guess counting to 10 and giving me the right size is too hard. All this after taking a full hour. What a shame they don't still make minimum wage when they give minimum effort. Worthless.

Employee at first window short changed me by over 4 dollars. When I brought this to her attention she got nervous and told me the receipt would explain, which it didn't.
I reported it at the next window and they quickly gave me my correct change. My first clue was she didn't count my change back to me. Shady vibe at this location. Buyer beware.

I went here at 11pm and the workers didn’t even know we were waiting for our food. the lady came to the window and said “what are y’all waiting food” like girl our food. we said it respectfully and the lady had an attitude. Then we took the fry’s out of the bag and had nothing but salt. You can’t even enjoy the fry’s because of how salty. They taste like when you get water and put salt and gargle it like nobody wants too much salt !!!!. Even after grabbing the fry’s and putting it down salt came down from the holes and i kid you not the table had a big pile of salt. Just no !

This is the least professional service establishment I’ve ever experienced. Management is terrible.

I’ve experienced mobile orders getting cancelled for no reason, a manager refusing to give me my food even after it was made because she didn’t believe me that I ordered it and employees who have had to apologize for the way management spoke to me during checkout.
