We ordered for pick up. When we got there the app wouldn’t let us say which pickup spot we were in BUT still charged us. The manager said there was nothing that could be done. They SAID it would be refunded in 5 hours but it HAS NOT.WE PAID FOR OUR FOOD AND GOT NOTHING. This place is garbage.

Went through the druve thru while no one else was there, and was told to wait in the parking lot. It only took like 4 minutes, but they put lettuce and mayo on my spicy mcchicken despite both me and the receipt saying "plain, cheese only". And they still put lettuce and mayo on it. That ISN'T PLAIN, dude.

I am very disappointed, I don’t ever write a review but this experience was horrible. I went to this location on Saturday 24th, 2024 around 8pm, I ordered a plain double cheeseburger and a plain triple. As my bf is eating his food there was a piece of hair in the sandwich…but no big deal, accidents and things happen. We go back and idk some short biggger big back lady with brownie hair is standing at the front. Looking like she has an Attitude and giving me a look straight off the back. She stands there to tell me I wouldn’t able to get another plain triple bc I didn’t bring the piece of hair that my bf found on his sandwich WHILEEE EATINGGG ITTTT. Even tho I brought the sandwich… afterrr telling her I don’t see how that is fair.. since I’m not asking for a refund and I had the sandwich in my hand… anyways. She finally said she will remake the sandwich…with her rude a**. I wait for the sandwich and when I get home and my bf is eating the sandwich we had just went to get remade. guess what he finds??? A another piece of hairrr.. And I feel like the 2nd time she did that intentionally. Will not be going to this location .

Typical fast food, prices keep increasing, like every place else. Using drive through can be a challenge. Sometimes you can hear clearly, others the person speaks so fast or mumbles so you don't hear them or the speaker has so much static its a poke and hope.

Employees late had to be told to get back to work. Employees had no motivation to work, but I did see one who did a good job. The poor manager had to stay on the tail to get anything done.I don't think I will be back.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a number 1 with a coke . I went to the first window and paid, then I was told to go to the 2nd window. I pulled up and was given my drink along with a receipt that they stuck to the paint on my Corvette. Never had a receipt actually stuck to my car with some sort of adhesive. Was then told to go to the third window where I sat for 17 minutes, while 2 employees were running around from car to car trying to figure out what order was who's. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen at a fast food place. When I was given my food finally, it was sloppily put together and was cold. Won't ever go back!!!!!!
