This location has time management issues. Past few times I've gone through the drive thru they ask you to wait around the corner for your order when it's visibly slow and the parking lot is empty. Even early in the morning before I go into work at 6 am I've had the same issue. Kinda disappointing for a chain restaurant that kick started the fast food business
I think that this is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Food and coffee were great and the kindness and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding! Love to the manager and the entire team

Eat every mourning on wsy to work finally looked at receipt and 2 for 5 w/sub bacon was being charged $5 for each. Why ? I wasnt adding bacon i wanted the 20 sausage patties i paid for that they kept. Right ?

I'm a paying customer here at this McDonald's right now. I wanted to get more ice for the drink that I got with my combo meal. I was told I have to pay .20 cents for a cup of ice!!! Is McDonald's going bankrupt? I have never had to pay for additional ice before. Maybe they should have Givin me a decent amount of ice in my drink to start with. NICE JOB MCDONALDS!!!

My little sister was attacked and sprayed with chemicals in the face by a employee while she used the bathroom . Then the manager tried holding my sister in the store preventing her from leaving. This was because my sister was using the bathroom and they wanted her to get out so they can clean it and apparently she wasnt fast enough so she was pushed, sprayed in the face w chemicals and attacked physically. A report has been made to corporate .

I did an online order and i paid for extra cheese (0.60) for a slice of cheese, & i put extra pickles. not only did they not give me my extra slice of cheese that i paid for , they gave me 3 slices of pickles when i put extra. and when i used to order apple pies. if they didnt have an apple pie they would give me a strawberry one to make me leave. this mcdonalds kinda sucks. sorry to say it but everytime i come. they always mess up something. look at my receipt, it says extra cheese and extra pickles.

1 IMPORTANT DETAIL EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT FORGOT..THE EMPLOYEES HANDLE THE FRIES AND EVERYTHING ELSE WITH “NO GLOVES”…THUMBS RIGHT IN YOUR FRIES “EVERYTIME”….MOST YOU GUYS ARE GOING THROUGH DRIVE-THRU’S…I THINK YOU SHOULD GO INSIDE AND TAKE A LOOK AT WHATS GOING ON…DONT TRUST THE DRIVE-THRU…SEE WHATS GOING ON SOMETIMES…TRUST ME,THE DRIVE-THRU ORDERS ARE PROBABLY GETTING THE WORST OF IT…YUCK

Can't get an order right. And this isn't an isolated issue. Plus when we went back to get it corrected the MANAGER threw a ton of attitude at my wife. Do not go here, there is literally another one down southern that can get your order correct.

After I placed my order on the kiosk because McDonald's doesn't think they need employees to take orders anymore my food sat there under the lights because the entire staff was too busy preparing Uber eat orders instead of taking care of the customers in the store

12/14 went in for one thing through the drive thru. An iced coffee. They asked me to pull to the front. 10 minutes of waiting for an iced coffee. 10! Went in this morning 12/18 for the same thing. Went through the drive thru. No one was behind us, no one in front of us. Asked again to pull to the front. My husband went in and asked politely why we needed to pull to the front when it was just a coffee. And the manager gave an attitude of "well we needed to put the creamer in! What's the big deal?" The fact is there was no one in front. No one behind us. It's a cup, with ice, coffee, that didn't have to be brewed, adding some cream and flavoring. It should not take more than a couple minutes.
Working previously in fast food, there should be no reason as to why anyone needs to park for 1 thing. Sick of their attitude when asking a simple question. Do better. Will never be returning to this location. The managers, team lead and crew need a good customer service training and how to work in a fast pace environment.
