So I placed a mobile order because I seen that there was a long line when I got to the restaurant. As I waited for my order to be prepared, I kept my eye on the numbers “In Progress” & “Now Serving” watching my number… when my number came up, I walked up to the front counter and waited for someone to ask if I needed anything. The lady clearly seen me and just totally disregarded me until the MOD finally came up to me and kindly asked what I needed and if I had been served, I told her no and proceeded to tell this manager how her employee seen me and did not ask what I needed or anything at all… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE… she could’ve asked but she didn’t.. the point to my review is RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE and a bad employee who would rather argue with the MOD than to simply do her job and greet people accordingly. I felt embarrassed for the nice little manager because the lady argued back with her… WHERE IS THE COMMON COURTESY THESE DAYS????

Soda machine had no CO2 and no ice. All the sodas were warm and flat. Had to settle for Ice tea and Powerade 😔

This McDonald's never has change always arguing about getting change also the ice Machine wasn't working so I told the employees about it and they asked me if i wanted them to fill up my two cups with ice I said yes but brings both of them back filled with nastiest dirtiest ice ever you litterly can see things floating in my drinks what a bad experience

I went in to get a meal when I overheard 2 of the managers being disrespectful to their staff member. They were belittling this person/girl and quite frankly I don't believe anyone gets paid enough to be so blantly disrespected and embarrassed infront of customers and staff. I am astonished that these managers are so comfortable displaying such behaviors. Their names are Minerva and Belinda I believe. They definitely need to be talked to about how they address staff and how that effects customers experience and your turnover rate as far as employment. They displayed bully tendencies within minutes of me waiting for my order. THEY NEED TRAINING. That girl deserves better.

Manager refused to find our pick up order and kept repeating that we had the wrong location, when we continued to show her that we had the right location. Eventually after ignoring us some more we found it right behind her lol. Do not come to this McDonald’s your issues won’t get solved because they’ll assume you’re an idiot lol coming from an ex McDonald’s employee.

They have the worst customer service ever, there was no sweet tea there was no ice , the soda was flat, the guy who took my order was high as a kite was not making any eye contact was looking everywhere else, the girl didn't know was going on , my cheese burgers where flat and had no pickles, I paid $30 dollars for nothing and 2 empty cups. They had a sign that said one refill per person. When I complained about my drinks they didn't do anything about it .
