It was the worse customer service ever I did doordash today and got my son a chocolate milk and I never received it I was just calling the store to let them know they never sent it ! The guy who picked up the called was the worse! I said I never got my chocolate milk as I was finishing up my sentence he cut me off and said that’s between you and DoorDash have a nice day!! I was like waaat? Also he didn’t want to provide his name or the mangers which I already know hector and Felicia there ! This has to stop they need to do better with customer service!

Not only was i ignored multiple times trying to order food but the seating are was really dirty. No tables were clean, food and trash all over the floor, nasty. The staff were so rude and dismissive. I actually am concerned to eat my food out of fear that they did something to it. Don't come here at night time. NOT recommended.

Ordered my food on the app with a few special request. I normally don’t have a problem with this McDonalds but unfortunately tonight my family and I got our food and for the first time didn’t check to see if it was correct. Our whole 3 meals were incorrect. I was suppose to have extra tartar sauce on my fish. Another meal no tartar sauce. Another meal cheeseburger no pickle with cheese. It came with nothing and ZERO cheese that I paid for. And for the cherry on top the food was completely cold.
Called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Got Felicia….. The RUDEST person I have ever spoke to here. She said to bring the food back and they can replace it all. That would be fine if I was near by. But we came to a movie in the park. She did not have any customer service whatsoever!!!!! The whole call was ridiculous.
We visit this McDonald's because it's on the way home and it's a quick pick-up for the kids dinner. Unfortunately this is the the third visit where the order was incorrect or missing part of the order. Twice an unsweetened ice tea was ordered only to get home and learn that we got a sweet tea. Other time a twenty piece nuggets were ordered and only received half the order.

This McDonald's is close by to where I live. The employees are very busy but they are nice and friendly every time. My food is always hot and delicious, the service are moderate but always ask if we need anything else, and the ice cream machine works. The atmosphere is good. Definitely coming back.

I simple got iced coffees and it was the opening manager taking my order she kept interrupting me in the middle of just asking for light sugar and when i made the request she had the audacity to go oh my freaking god to me. She needs to be spoken too seriously because she’s rude as hell.

No stars the little guy that was helping at the drive through window had an awful attitude. He was pissed off because I wanted a refund for an ice crem cone that he tried to give to the customer that was in front of me. He should have thrown that cone away instead of trying to give it to me and argue with me. He knows better than that he has a food handlers card.
