Thai McDonald’s needs code enforcement. Roaches in the bathrooms and all over the facility. Did not order food after seeing roaches all over, staff was nice though.

Lazy slobs in pajamas that throw food at you. The nightshift and managers are a joke. When you ask for a name to fill out that corporate survey they run and hide tail telling you to leave. Go to Alma school & Guadalupe, it’s a corporate store NOT owned by the COULSTON FAMILY (Rick, Linda, Geoff , Jen). The one on Dobson and southern , by the hospital, is owned by the same people.

I have an under 7 kiddo. Always wants McDs for the playground, so, needless to say we go to lots. Staff was friendly, food was actually hot and edible and the place was super clean. Many times, even the slow ones, trash overflowing, tables a mess, soda fountain 5ft deep of stick. This one is by far the cleanest we have been to in easily a year

Some employees are nice, others seem to be bothered by customers. Overall not bad. Parking lot is very small. Drive thru line sometimes blocks parked customers from leaving or new customers from parking.

I was looking for the WORST Mc Donald’s and finally found it on Longmore… I ordered breakfast on the app at 1020. I was at the drive thru at 1025. They took too long and had a long line. Got to the speaker at 1032. The lady at speaker had an attitude and said I didn’t pay. It was too late bf was over and asked me to pay again because she couldn’t see order. Went fo window. She decided at 70 yrs old to get into a shouting match telling me I don’t have an order even though I paid for it and I explained they took too long. I said I wanted the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her name and then all of a sudden she’s not the manager. A man Hector was and he was just as disrespectful like her. He saw my order and couldn’t even make it. He said I have to get a refund on the app. Worst duo. Worst staff. Very disrespectful and unprofessional gueys there

Was send to curbside and the employee kept coming back with the wrong order. Was about to cancel my order after waiting for over 15 minutes, but he showed up and hand us our food and walk away quickly. We were still missing stuff we order but we were too annoyed to care so we drove off. Terrible service, the employee was yelling at his coworkers from the parking lot to the drive thru window, truly awkward and uncomfortable

I went through the drive thru to get happy meals for my kids because they love Sonic 3 and the staff put Pet Simulator toys in them instead which was the prior toy. I had two very excited kids open their Sonic happy meal boxes (covered in Sonic 3 stuff) and now they're both crying because they got something else. Way to screw up something really simple.
Always getting my order wrong, when I call them, they never answer... They started charging 27 cents for ranch, etc.

They dont have working outlets to charge your phone or tablet and the lady was really rude about it when I asked her about them not working.

Bunch of low IQ workers here. They will mess up an easy order. Undercook your food. Give you the smallest portions. Items will be missing such as the dipping sauces I would have liked for my dry cold chicken nuggets. Maybe would have liked the Coca Cola I ordered instead of a Dr Pepper. Not worth it. Just go to a different location.

I waited about 20ish minutes for one coffee. I watched quite a few people and cars go in and out before I attempted to go inside to grab it myself. The employee didn't seem to try to initiate anything, I thought I saw him going outside with my order, so I followed and it turned out that my order still wasn't ready. I am now really late for work. And I just left without my coffee.

Just came through your drive-thru 6 minutes ago, I ordered a hot and spicy McChicken a 10-piece nugget and a medium french fry, when I arrived up to the front window I asked for one Ranch and one barbecue with my order, I was informed that because I was in the Drive-Thru I would have to pay 50 cents for each sauce and that no McDonald's offers sauces with food orders anymore, being that I used to purchase food at this store multiple times a week I know that is not true.
