they have us our food in a reasonable time and it was fresh and made very nicely, plus the staff was super friendly!Kid-friendliness: they have a play-place where kids can run around in an inside playground, which is super nice especially when it gets hotter out! they also have happy meals specifically made for kids with child portions of food as well as a toy!

I always ask for no onions on my burger. For the last 2 or 3 months, it's clear that they are taking a burger that was already made with onions and simply replacing the bun when my order comes through. There are onions on the edge of the patty. Under the cheese. I tried to dig through the cheese today but I ended up giving up and throwing out my foodIt sucks because I've been going here for years and there's never been a problem. I guess I will use this as an opportunity to just eat from home

I ordered a 20 piece nuggets, large ice coffee and a large coke, simple order right ? Apparently not. They didn’t repeat my order and were rushing me to the window, after I paid I drove up to get my stuff and they forgot to charge me for a large coke so I asked them if they could ring me up for one. The lady at the second drive through window said “no you didn’t order one, you have to go all the way around again” now, had i forgotten to order one I would’ve been more than happy to go around again, but I didn’t. They need to slow down and make sure you’re repeating orders and make sure YOU are putting them in correctly. Not getting mad at customers because you messed up.

I just had a horrible experience. On 2/26/24 @ 6:21 pm I placed an ordered through the McDonald's app, DoorDash delivered it, but instead of my 20 piece nugget for my daughter, they gave me 2 big macs. I called spoke to a manager, and she said they would replace it. So I came in to replace it, and then they told me that they didn't say that. Accused DoorDash for making the mistake of delivering the incorrect food. Accuse me of lying and telling me that they never spoke to me on the phone. The manager on duty said he was the only manager there and refused to replace the order. Even though I took pictures of the food that was delivered and came in with my receipt showing that I had ordered my food and the correct order was brought to me. Just incorrect food in the bag. Thankfully, DoorDash refunded my entire order. I don't recommend this location due to incompetent staffing and poor management. That is just bad customer service. I won't ever eat or order from this location again.
