My son went in briefly at around 6:30 am and was told the bathrooms weren't open even though he has irritable bowel syndrome which makes it medically hard to hold bladder etc first he was told by the employee that he wouldn't be allowed to use bathroom and even the on-site manager was trying to double down and not let him use the bathroom it wasn't until he had to get argumentative with them and start recording that he was allowed to use the bathroom. This has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever had from a McDonald's ever, my son didn't catch the managers name or employee however McDonald's should take a look at employees that were on-site that day and take a look. From a legal perspective this has been a thing people have fought lawsuits over and won McDonald's needs to be careful with who they're hire.

I ordered through the app for the first time. Great service gave me the option of how to pick it up. The food was fresh. I always enjoy coming to this location. I never have any problmes especially with it's location off of the lightrail. Thank you.

I’m not sure what guy was at the speaker tonight however he is lazy and rude. There is no way that you would stop serving, PURPOSELY LOSE CUSTOMERS all because you don’t feel like it????? Like that’s insane your business is run poorly he obviously has no work ethic for the fact that he willingly told us to leave until 4 (which was still almost 15 minutes away) plenty of time to make a SINGLE BURGER if he had just asked us the normal questions of “what can I get started for you today?” I can almost guarantee if I had EVER said that at my job I’d be losing it immediately. I’m highly displeased and this is extremely unprofessional of anyone to have done to anyone else at any time of day. If your establishment says 24/7 you should actually be 24/7 not “whenever you feel like doing it”

The lady that took the order was amazing, quick and polite, BUT!!!!! this has gotta stop ✋ like I'm slightly allergic to pickles and they keep putting it on the burger with the label stating no pickle. Pay attention could really harm someone!

Literally the slowest most unproductive people and just a horrible environment it took them about a hour to get me 2 fries and a ice cream the manager is loud and obnoxious would rather not eat then go back there

Picked our food and the fries were missing. The person in the phone e told me I was lying and hung up on me twice. After walking back the half mile refused to remake the hamburger. Poor customer service.
