Went through the drive thru for a hot chocolate and a Dr Pepper. I got told at the first window they don’t have the hot chocolate which is okay whatever. I asked for a hot coffee instead and they gave me COLD coffee. I myself work at McDonald’s and think this is crazy to serve. I would’ve waited for fresh coffee if needed. I never expect it to be piping hot but I was at least expecting it to not be cold. This McDonald’s is always the worst to go too it seems.

Food is never good. Employees are have never been friendly. I was excited I found this McDonald’s near where I shop just to know they aren’t to friendly and so far none of the times has the food been delicious. Last time my double cheeseburgers we’re totally burned this time nuggets are stale, we got no sauce my burger completely dry… I guess I will continue to drive further to the McDonald’s on university or country club since they are always nice and the food hits the spot.

Don’t ever come to this McDonald’s unless you want pure salt fries it’s not even a pinch of salt it like the whole entire salt bottle on single fry and also when we wanted bbq sauce that we added to our order it didn’t come with bbq sauce we had to ask for it.

I hope the franchise owner sees this. Staff are padding wait times by marking orders completed, then customers wait around another 5-10 minutes to actually get their food.

While my app was being dumb and the staff had no idea how the app works I still enjoyed a lovely meal even though I had to pay full price - its owners daily the staff is no app savvy
I wouldn't have an issue at this damn McDonald's if it wasn't for the rude service you receive. Especially by the window employees. The girl working window on 9/20 at 5 pm had a very shitty attitude. She was so unprofessional and rude with her stanky attitude. Even the manager had attitude. They need to work on their customer service in this location. So ridiculous.

Just had the worst customer service experience. Went in for a pickup and no one would even say hi to me at the pick up counter. Waited 5 minutes when the walked past me multiple times. I then tried to be nice when getting my order because I understand how it working in fast food. The manager was still rude and I left extremely upset. If you dont want to work there then get another job. Very disappointed and will never return to this McDonald's

Chloe working the morning shift around 7:15 on Thursday 8/29 was having a difficult time “finding” my order (which was right under her nose the whole time) kept slamming the window in my face. She asked to verify my items and as I go to respond she slams the window in my face again. Clearly McDonald’s isn’t known for their outstanding customer service but this is just common courtesy. I wish Chloe nothing but good luck in her future endeavors, lord knows she’ll need it.
