Friend and I were taking our order on kiosk when the manager comes.to tell us that her service dog isn't allowed inside because she doesn't have the paperwork onhand for the dog so we ended up at Carl's Jr instead. And another incident happened 2 days prior when we were talking with another customer and out of nowhere the manager says that we needed to leave because we haven't bought any food for 30 minutes ,when not even 30 minutes before this I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, a Carmel frappe and 2 ice-cream cones.so to sum it up the last 2 visits were disappointing due to customer service mostly

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Daniel! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. He made sure my order was exactly right and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and hot. The food came out quickly and tasted excellent. Probably the best McDonald’s meal I’ve had in a while. I will definitely be coming back.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too!!! Drive thru is the worst! I forgot how bad this location is because I avoid it and decide to stop by here once year for a crappy reminder. The service is terrible. Worst than anything I have ever experienced!! They treat people badly and have the worst attitude. Food is disappointing. They need to reform this place.
Now I just go next door to Chick-fil-A or around the corner to Carl’s Jr. they have better service and quality food.

Really love going thereafter.Work makes me feel good.The food is displayed very nice and fresh and bright.Everything's laid out easy for me.
They're very good to my Lab. Just all around polite and nice.Unlike all the swearing yelling screaming and testing.I hear down the road at Walmart.It's a big 180° turn from that place.And I just have to say I really enjoy going there after work.Thank you for your kindness

Drive Thru is one of the worst I’ve experienced from an McDonalds.

Arrived 10 minutes before breakfast ended on a mobile order places 5 minutes before that, waited 30 minutes in line to get handed an orange juice because breakfast had ended. Every drive thru experience at this location takes about 20+ minutes.
Lost my business.

Was asked 3 times at every window to confirm my order. How hard is it? Also they didn’t give me my ranch after asking 4 times. Also now a 6 pc nuggets is $6.50. Over a dollar a nugget? What world are we living in. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Ordering online is supposed to stop orders being messed up. Orders printed out. Simple instructions. Plain. Included in online options. Should never have to open the hamburger to confirm.... but alas onions and pickles still plagued my kids meal.

The customer service isn't bad but the food is sloppy it looks like I ordered this food 3 days ago when I just received it. This is not door dash orders this in walking in or drive thru.

I had never been to this McDonald's before at Mesa Riverview. The dining room was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable meal. Thanks!

Asked manager to fill up fries and she said they were full. Picture attached - you be the judge of the fries. Also, same manager wearing a pimple patch - gross...hope it stays on while she's working around food.
